Zamplebox has always been great to me. Sometimes the boxes come a bit slow but for the most part, i like them.

This is a scam. How do you even have a star rating? I made an order May 16th and still have received nothing. I received an email telling me there was a one day delay and then nothing. I can't even get ahold of customer service. Biggest waste of money ever, this company needs to be reported!
Update 6/19/21 I got my Juice!!!! However will never order from this company again. Looking at other people's reviews they were having issues fulfilling orders at least 30 days prior to my order on 5/28/21. During that time why didn't they just pulled the plug on the website, put some kind of warning up about delays or atleast send email. This isn't how you run a business you just don't charge your customers and have everything appear fine and then ghost them for however many weeks you want. UPDATE 6/17/21 Received an email with a shipping number, per USPS website will be delivered on Saturday. I will do a final update once I have the actual products in my hand along with what my final thoughts are... Company appears to be out of business placed an order a week and a half ago 5/28 and was immediately charged, but still stuck in processing status as of today. Despite many attempts via phone and chat I'm unable to get a hold of anyone. Since this company wants to try to scam me I'm going to have to take the time to do a chargeback... also one more thing to add they did post a video 6 days ago on their YouTube channel Update: Submitted a Dispute with my bank online. Which was easy-peasy took less then 5 mins, and since my bank is not going to get a response from them either I should get my $55 dollars returned in 15 days 😎!
If I could give them a 0 star I would. They took my money and never sent me my product. Now they won't respond to my messages. They are crooks and I wish I would have seen these reviews before I bought from them. At this point I wonder if we have enough people to sue them.
Update: I finally got the box 32 days later. Still says processing on the website and I still haven't heard from customer support, but at least they didn't take the money and run. I've been a subscriber for years, and I've enjoyed the service apart from a few hiccups that they addressed relatively well. Now they seem to be in full on panic mode, and may have abandoned ship with everyone's money. It started with the USPS ban when they charged me for a box I specifically requested to skip which put the balance on that account in the negative. Their support said the only thing they could do about it was give me store credit. After arguing with them for an hour I accepted, only to found out they were no longer accepting orders. A few weeks ago I was finally able to use my store credit, but the order has been "Processing" since. I got an email saying my order had been delayed and would ship tomorrow two weeks later, and it's been more than a week since with no change. Their support no longer responds to any messages, either through chat or email.

Really wish I would have seen these reviews before ordering. Same problem! Order from a month ago not shipped and no response from customer service.
Placed order on May 22nd still haven't been able to contact them my box and order have both said processing the entire time with no hopes of getting a refund looks like 60$ ill never get back this company is a scam and needs to be sued
Steer clear of this company now. They appear to be just grabbing money before they disappear. My ($100+) order from over a month ago never shipped. They do not respond to any type of contact. They did manage to continue charging my card for monthly fees. Not sure if the membership has been cancelled or not, and will have to go get a new card.
I payed for may and it never shipped, support dodged my calls and messages and I am expected to pay for a new box tomorrow, not happening at this rate this is fraud to sell a product you never ship
This is the worst place I have gone to for my juice yet first time I ordered took extra long too get here they blamed UPS.... This is my second time ordering from them figured I would give it one more try and low and behold 2 weeks later my order is still saying processing and there saying that there having an unusual high demand what a problem to have lol. Also they don’t even get back too you for 3 days but had no problem taking the $110 plus out of my account the next day after I ordered.. So be very weary of this place I will never order from here again I’m trying to cancel if I can get ahold of someone. Good luck
Edited: Ordered May 18th, received June 25th. I am quite impressed with the quality of juices that were sent. My issue with Zamplebox was the lack of communication regarding all the issues they are facing. Had they sent out an email much sooner or let customers know with a warning before placing their order it would have been great. This was not just a case of shipping delays either. I wouldn't mind to subscribe again however that won't be happening until they improve their situation. I placed an order on May 18th. Item was not shipping so I contacted Zamplebox through their online chat several times. No response. I contacted them via text message. No response. I submitted a ticket. No response. It is now June 3rd, my item still has not shipped nor has customer service reached out to me. I called the support phone number and still can't get any answer. I have made a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in hopes of at least getting a refund.
I ordered my zamplebox on May 12th and it has still yet to be shipped 9 business days after I bought the box I tried contacting customer service it took me 4 days stright of contacting them they finally responded with.... "Hey Steven, thanks for reaching out! Sorry it took a while to respond, we are getting an unusually high volume of contacts for these past few days. We are trying to get to everyone as quickly as we can. Appreciate your patience! Welcome to the Zamplebox family! :) So normally, we would have orders shipped out in 2-3 business days, but what's going on right now is that we are a bit back logged. We had an influx of orders come through since we have opened back up a couple weeks ago. We are just overwhelmed by the support you guys have shown and weren't expecting much and we are understaffed in the warehouse so there will be delays to be expected." After that they continued to say they where gonna give me a free 10% off coupon Wow that's great even tho I can just google zamplebox 10% off coupon and get one very easily. Well now its officially June 1st with still no shipping this is very disappointing I guess I will just have to contact my credit card company and file a dispute if I cant get them to ship the item what a waste of my time and money Update: its Friday June 4th And Still Hasnt Shipped. They sent me an email for 40% off that expires in 48 hours but I'm not willing to purchase another box intil I receive my first box code is SUMMER40 if you guys want to get a box but be ready for it to take over 1 month I guess🤦🏻♂️ Update 2:Friday June 11th I Finally got my zamplebox delivered to me and the quility of the juice seems pretty decent so I added a couple stars I just wish it didnt take so long as they advertise 5 to 7 days for delivery but it's all good I'm kinda on the fence about ordering another box if I do I'll update the review on my next experience
I ordered my first (and only) box on May 16th, 2021. My bank was charged on May 18th, 2021 and to date I have received no shipping update despite numerous attempts on my part to reach out. Having ordered from other online distributors before, I’ve never had this issue. Their call line is always busy, their online help center never responds, the support email tickets do not work. I just want my product or my money back. I’ll be filing with the BBB if this is not resolved.
I ordered my box May 20th. The site says they ship in 1 to 2 days. It's now May 31st and the box has not shipped. What is more infuriating, Zamplebox WILL NOT respond to my inquires! I've reached out via text, live chat, and phone. Horrible customer service. They stole my money!!!!

I ordered my box about a week ago, their FAQs say that they ship in 1-2 business days. well that is a flat out lie. I have tried reaching out to customer support with no responses back. I'm going to give it a couple more days before i dispute the charges with my bank. but this is terrible customer service!
I bought something all most 2wks ago and I'm still waiting on them to ship it to me. Evers sense that went under a new shipping company they on verge of losses a loyal customer
2020 and current they are not trustworthy. Check all sites for them . You will see the rip people off, charge more than once, and like me never send the product ! Do NOT GIVE THEM MONEY!
I ordered my first and sadly the only one I will be ordering on 5/9/21. I have not received my package nor my tracking information on my purchase of zamplebox. definitely would not have ordered from them if I knew this is how it was going to be. I have tried to contact them through the multiple ways to do it on their site and haven't got any responses. DO NOT RECOMMEND buying a box from this place.
