So Upset!!
I have been getting zamplebox for over a year now and have never had any problems until the last couple of months. They sent out emails saying they will not send out any boxes until they figured out the mailing situation. Well after a couple of months they sent out new emails saying they were back up and running so I paid for Mays box. I got an email like normal saying they were shipping it out but I never got the box. I contacted them saying I didn't get it but said they couldn't do anything about it. So was out $50. I went ahead and got June's box and it has now been 3.5 weeks and nothing. I have tried the live chat and text several times over the weeks and no answer. I have tried the phone number to call and get ahold of someone and the number is no longer in service. I can't even get ahold of someone to get a refund. I am so disappointed and upset because it was such a good company and great customer service. But I am now out $100 and now 2 months without any product. I will definitely be cancelling my subscription. And if anyone knows how to get a refund from them please let me know!
