Zamplebox has always been great to me. Sometimes the boxes come a bit slow but for the most part, i like them.

I’m sorry to say.. this has been quite the experience for me recently. Weeks of waiting on shipping after being charged and the prices had already risen significantly. Moreover, the website is in unbelievable need of an update (slow and glitchy) and customer service has been nonexistent. Used to be a great service and company.
The last 3 months have been absolute chaos. I got billed and have been waiting 14 days for my box to show up and not be 3 of the same sh*# flavor.
Asked repeatedly when my may box would ship its the 24th of June and it still hasn’t also asked for a refund twice and still haven’t heard anything back.
I joined before the vape ban, sometime last year, and I can say, Yes. Things have changed... But, otherwise I've still been overall satisfied. Let them get their ducks in a row...If you aren't happy right now, maybe take a few months off, and if willing, give them another shot. I know they have had to make major company changes. Find new shippers/suppliers. They are understaffed. They have a lot of angry people to deal with and get back too... And I'm sure it's hard getting back to everyone on time. But I really do believe they're doing the best they can given the circumstances. Idk, I suppose I just always try to be understanding, because running a vape business is tough while they've had to deal with the vape ban crap and aftermath... And somehow they still tried to do what they could, and are actively putting the pieces back together. Sure, it's a little hiccup for them, for the entire industry really... But Zamplebox is still a great company.
Zamplebox has been good to me for the past few months but as of recently they took payment from me and I expected the usual box in the mail. I recieved nothing. I tried to get ahold of someone through tickets, livechat and calling. No one to talk to. This is unacceptable and I am sure I am not receiving a refund for the product I DID NOT get.
I wouldn't even give a star if I could I ordered a box on may 16th all it says is getting tour box ready to ship and I got charged for my 2and box this month I tryed the live chat I get nth back I've tryed to call I always get that I called out side of business hours and I called at 2:30pm I tryed to message them though text and I got a message back saying message blocking is active I feel like it's just a scam to get money out of you.
Giving 1 Star is too much. I give it a negative (-100)!!! I made an order on May 23, 2021. Yet it still says my order is (processing). Made complaints and asked for a refund, cancel my order, text, called.. NOTHING IN RETURN! Not a text back, no further email, no update, NOTHING!!! I paid $39.97 to be exact. I had my credit card replaced so they can’t charge me for anything extra that I will never get. This place is a complete SCAM & TOTAL FRAUD!!! It doesn’t seem like allot of $, but when you’re done shady like that, you gotta put your word out there for the whole world to see that this is no joke from us loyal customers. That this SCAMPLEBOX WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU THE FINGER!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! IF YOU DO, YOU’RE PUTTING YOUR MONEY, CREDIT CARD INFO AT RISK!!! Close your card and replace it! They can’t charge what you ain’t got! This place is in Nevada? I order stuff from California all the time and it’s here in 3-4 days!! And I live in Indianapolis, IN! DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THESE LOWLIFES!!!!
Absolutely ridiculous. Today June 15 and I place my order on May 12th still says in processing and still have not received it can't get a hold of customer service or response to any of my emails. I actually read the reviews before ordering from them. at one point they were good. now this sucks

Received confirmation to skip the month of June shipment yet It was charged. I have attempted email, live chat, calling and texting them. They don’t answer any of these approaches. In the past they have taken weeks to ship, with that shipment being full of crap juice as in they didn’t follow my requests. I have reported them to better business bureau, federal trade commission and Department of Business and Industry, Office of Nevada Consumer Affairs DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!
I order my first box a month and a half ago still haven’t got it I haven’t got help from there staff and at this point I’m trying to call for a refund but yet I can’t do that because non of the staff answer phones or emails or the live chat
Great concept they just miss the mark with customer service and efficiency. It's been well over a month and I've never received my first box, but I was charged for my second box. I tried reaching out to customer service on multiple attempts with email, phone calls, text, and live chat chat support to no avail. I'm starting to believe that this company could be a scam. I'm surprised they haven't been met with legal ramifications for services not rendered. I would not recommend their services to my worst enemy.
Horrible service took 25 plus days to even ship my box. And the customer service is non existent. I won’t be buying another one
Been waiting a month and a half for my order and i still haven't received it and i can't get in contact with them. I would recommend staying away from them and going somewhere else. They might be scamming people
Wow Amazing!!!! My Zamplebox order just arrived now. The bottles come in a plain white box from Vista,CA. I thought they were based in Nevada? Be on the look out everyone!!!!!
