Worst vape subscription company

I was billed for June and July and didn't receive my first box until July 28th and it was 4 bottles short. It is now August 3rd and I still haven't received July's box. I canceled the subscription before they could bill me for August. The phone number on their website does not work I tried starting a chat and never heard back. Truly a terrible company

Been using this service off an on

Been using this service off an on for a few years, never had any problems. Was even contacted by support upon canceling my subscription once, due to money issues, and they gave me a 20% off credit for my next order. Amazing company. EDIT - Had been awhile since I used service, placed a review the day of ordering, now seems completely unresponsive and no idea if I'm going to get product or my money back. EDIT 2 - Got my box, but 4 bottles short of what I ordered. No longer going to use this service at all.

I just left a review a few days ago…

I just left a review a few days ago complaining about my order from July 12 and my package arrived today on Aug 2rd. I sent sooooo many emails and tried all forms of contact with zero reply so I was extremely frustrated but I’m happy to report my order has arrived and everything was there. Fewh!

Doesn't give right e liquid

I had my order and they gave me wrong e liquid or half the juice is missing or wrong products. I had one bad juice that was horrible. Avoid this company like a plaque.

WORST VAPE SHOP EVER!!

Well, after reading some of the reviews, I actually feel stupid for not doing that earlier. I ordered a box of 12 at the 1st week of December, 2020. I have received it till date. After much tedious effort, I made contact with them in March of 2021. They promised to send me another package. Guess what? I have not received either of the 2 packages and I'm not expecting it to be delivered. Please, I repeat, please, do not use this company.

Well first off I ordered the beginning…

Well first off I ordered the beginning of July a box then I found a flavor I had been looking for so I ordered it as well lol my first mistake was ordering I've tried for almost 3weeks now for someone to respond to my messages and they only thing they said was they was backlogged but was 75% of the way thru it no answers to my questions!! If you're looking to order DON'T DO IT!!!

Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service. I have been waiting for over a month for my June box to arrive (finally arrived end of july). Only had 5 bottles inside when I have been charged for 6 and 2 of those had leaked inside the box. I have tried to contact customer services on several occasions via chat and email to resolve, but my messages are just ignored. They are very good at taking your subscription money immediately, but if you have any issues with your order you will have no hope of getting hold of anyone to resolve it ("take the money and run" attitude comes to mind). Its a real shame really, because the concept of a subscription service for vape juice is a great idea (just poorly executed by zamplebox, in my experience).

Total scam

Total scam, ordered $40 worth of vape, haven't even begun to ship anything a week+ later, support responds to nothing, but they had no issues charging me immediately.. i didn't read the reviews before purchasing... They literally have no way to remove your payment method either Avoid this scam

They were good. But something is up with overcharges

I get that they are backed up and going through some issues but this is insane. My boyfriend got charged 3 times for ONE months box (Either in March or April). I believe they only refunded him 1 out of the 3 and he never even received the box for being charged again. (confusing I know) So he just stopped buying and they have yet to refund him for the rest of the boxes he didn't even get. As for me, still waiting on my July box. Money took out beginning of July and it is almost August. Its sad I really enjoyed them for a bit since they have good deals but after my next box I'll probably not buy more until (or if) things get better. Edit: forgot to add they told him the box was at a certain post office, he went to check, wasn't there. That also seemed odd to me. What was the point to that? ***UPDATED REVIEW 10/8/21*** Gave them 1 more star because they did refund one box and I received one of my other ones. The customer support was fairly quick to help and the refund was given within 2 weeks or so. Also realized I keep getting juices I've already tried and rated low so the algorithm may need tweaked a bit. I shouldn't be getting dupes for crap juice.

Who's going to laywer up?

Okay, who here is going to start a class action against them? Where do we sign up guys? They are refusing to issue refunds for the orders that we blindly waited for, not knowing what or where the heck the package was or it was even getting 'prepped for shipping.' I have screenshots of all the emails they sent me after i signed up after just looking at the site in may. Then finally decided to get a subscription, and waited all the way until mid june to get. They knew what they were doing. Or they would have paused their pushing, purchasing, and advertising.... you can email me at Hexiapox (at) gmail(dot)com, if anyone else is serious about this. I saved a lot of screenshots from them not interacting, and the little information they offered.

Paid for June

Paid for June, Paid for July RECIEVED NEITHER!!! But I got 2 emails saying that they shipped my boxes and still haven't gotten anything. I've had this service for over a year and now they are SCAMMING people. You physically cannot contact there customer support. Live chat: never answers. Phone call: Always to voicemail with no call back. Text: No responses. Email: Get an email back saying "we heard you and we'll get back to you" and nothing!!

Took my money for June box and July box…

Took my money for June box and July box (44 bucks per box). Just got email saying they shipped June box 3 days ago and it came in the mail today. They sent me ONE bottle of juice for 44 dollars. No way to contact them to complain. Heck I'll be lucky to get a refund. Someone needs to investigate them for fraud/theft.

1 year ago Zамplebox was a great company. Now, a complete SCAM! The way it works is that you sign up. Then get billed for a box of liquid that never gets shipped. Then you inquire about it and if you are lucky enough to get a hold of someone they apologize, tell you that they are working hard at blah blah blah. Then the next month rinse and repeat. I haven't received a box since March of 2021 but have been charged every damn month. No one to contact to get refund. Check the BBB on this company. IF they can't fulfill the orders they already have how is it legal for them to continue to take in new orders and further ripping off more and more people. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
