Terrible Service
Update: I finally received my June Zamplebox on July 19th. Still waiting on an order I made with points from May. I'm happy to have my order, but this was a headache, one I don't wish to repeat. Maybe I'll check back in a few months, maybe not. Never received my June box or an order I made late in May. I understand they are going through changes, but this is ridiculous. I can't get customer service to contact me in anyway. I've called, texted, emailed, and tried the chat. All radio silence. Been with them for years, and obviously my business isn't a high priority, so I canceled and am looking for a way to get refunded.
