While I would love to go back....

While I would love to go back to them, I can't after see how bad their customer service is. I have called and left voice mails, I have tried chat and email but never get anything. I'm seeing how they are saying they have fulfilled ALL back orders but I have never received my monthly box from July. It is now September. Don't get me wrong, I was one of zampleboxes biggest fans. But after not even receiving a sorry I had to let them go. I understand that everything that happened made things harder, but to get no response, and no help for 2 months is overkill. That speaks volumes about the business and the type of people who run the business.

Clever concept with massive potential

NOTE; My experience with ZampleBox in 2018-2019. Things I mention may differ from how it's done today. ZampleBox has always been a clever concept and I do not regret having giving it a try. It allows you to broaden your palate experience and helps you discover a ton of new and interesting flavors and brands you might never have known of otherwise. ZampleBox makes it simple for you while also making it an enjoyable experience. I've ordered a few Large boxes in the past and I always felt the same excitement opening each one of them. The feeling of curiosity as to what e-liquids you'll be getting in each box never fades. Every time a ZampleBox arrives it's like Christmas all over again. The packaging it comes with is of surprisingly high quality (unless something's gone wrong during delivery) and the personalized touch it brings with its menu makes it feel the more special. When it comes to the actual quality of the juice itself it's really up there. Yes, there can be a few bad apples here and there but the overall standard is exceptionally high. One thing I have to criticize is the way ZampleBox handles broken bottles. I want to clarify though that this happened to me a long time ago and by now the system may have changed. When I received a couple of broken bottles in my box I got compensated in terms of "Z-Bucks". A sort of wallet currency exclusive to their website. Now that's not my biggest issue, but the fact that your Z-Bucks are locked until you reach a certain amount is what I really don't like. It forces you to spend more money on their products to reach the amount of Z-Bucks required to unlock them, to even be allowed to use your compensation for the broken bottles. All in all, I do hold a special place in my heart for ZampleBox and I would love to see them thrive and expand. I would personally still be using the service myself if it wasn't for the costly shipping fees that comes with living in Europe. If anything, I'd love if there was a way to reduce the shipment cost for people outside of the Unites States. Perhaps if you sign up for a 6 month subscription, you only have to pay shipping for the 1st box, and the rest would come with free shipping? Just thinking out loud. Alas - I'm not educated in the field so I don't know what complications there are with worldwide shipping. But what I do know is, that as a consumer, a hefty shipping cost can be the deal breaker for many. TLDR; If you're on the fence whether or not to give ZampleBox a chance, I highly recommend you do so. They're a great company with a hard working staff who themselves have genuine passion for vaping, and I truly believe it shows in the great service they deliver.

Do not ever trust these people ever…

Do not ever trust these people ever ever ever. Order from vape craft not these people actually vape craft screwed me over 4 years ago dont order from them either!!!! Seriously i mean this. Old juices not worth your money so many repeats i only ever got 3 boxes and had 6 juice repeats ridiculousness get into DIY its so easy and 100ml will cost you 4 bucks if that

Though love is still love...

This is where I'm supposed to show my support for this company which is a good company... But with everything that has happened this past couple years, it's been difficult to keep up with those changes. I do pop in to see if they have restocked and they have... Somewhat... Here's my issue... No menthol flavors... That's it, end of story. If you look up menthol it states 500+ available to choose from... There are 11 horrible choices. Not worth the subscription. I'm getting more from the brick n mortars out on the road, and paying a bit less. Do I want Zample to be better? Yes. Are they good for those who want non menthol flavors? I'm sure they are... But not for me... Not right now. This is tough love, they will eventually get there... But until the choices exist, I'm stuck without a vape subscription.

Disappointing

I was very disappointed with my Zamblebox. I ordered 12 bottles of salt nice and only got 2 good flavors. Plus, I said in the disliked flavor, no mango. Recieved a mango flavor, which I'm allergic to. That why I said no mangos. Very disappointed They will have to try really hard to get me back

No communication and won’t ship out what you pay for.

I had two subscriptions with them. I was a customer for years. Just recently their customer service has been worse then poor, it has been non-existent. I have tried emailing, texting, and even calling their phone number for support. My boxes have been coming later and later. Worse than that they only gave me half of my box for three months. That was for both subscriptions, not just one of them. At first I thought it was a mistake. But clearly I can see I am not the only customer they have taken advantage of. This is poor buisness practice, and in this economy not a good way to hold on to your customer base. You have lost a loyal long time customer customer. I will not be returning, and will no longer be promoting this company to my friends or family either. People beware before signing up to this company. There is a reason there are so many recent negative reviews. Just start reading some recent experiences of this company and you will see I am not alone.

Been a long time user of zamplebox and they have great flavors. Anythime i didnt want a flavor i asked them not to ship it anymore and the 30mg of 6 bottles last me for awhile.

Took wayyy too long to get 2 months…

Took wayyy too long to get 2 months worth of boxes. Then they put a flavor I disliked in the box. Couldn’t ever get ahold of customer support. The boxes used to be customized and tell you the flavor profile. Now they just slap the bottles in and send them on the way without any idea what the flavors are or taste like. 0/10 don’t use them

Lack of Growth and Vape Craft

I started using ZampleBox a year or so ago and I loved the service at first. I got to try tons of new flavors and had it delivered timely and confidently (hence the desire to sign up for a subscription vape juice service. My initial hesitations with the service began when I had started to get less and less quality juices that I enjoyed. I had no way of continuing to include them, unless I customized my box which is understandable - that was the point of customization. However, the interface is clumsy, unitive, and required more dedication to juice selection which is what I was not what I wanted to do. I started to receive increasing repeats of juices that were average or well below average. Not to mention the option to “add on” items that you could never add on, such as coils which would have been made the service even a notch higher. The entire system is just not user friendly, but I had faith initially that this company would have growing pains and I would grow with them. No growth, more pain. Basically, I fell out of love as it was less of a service and more of a monthly job that wasn’t an easy experience for the subscriber. Regarding the entire debacle of the last few months - I understand. The world changed and businesses changed. However, a more transparent - proactive - and inclusive approach to subscribers was severely lacking. I continued to get juice - and had a few orders filled but again, the selections they use for boxes are not desirable. Now the real topper is that they were acquired by Vape Craft. Out of all the juices I received they were by far the worst, and sent the most. Lacked taste, lacked consistency, lacked nearly everything. Now, as I have left the subscription program and damage control has set in (including an ask for a positive review via email which is a little tasteless), but it prompted me to need to share my thoughts about this service. Improve the juice, improve the user experience, and I could be won back. But not like this, not with Vape Craft’s juice product, and not with begging or “discounts”. This ball was dropped, and dropped hard. I really hope this product improves as it was unique and helpful…until it wasn’t.

Sorry Zamplebox but Im really frustrated with you

My Honest opinion, This is an absolute joke, I order juice's from Zamplebox and then have to wait 2 months later until I receive them! Get charged extra for being in Australia, being charged $75 for 6 pack of Juice, But The Juice is top notch quality, the customer service and Getting the actual product out on the other hand is by far one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with!

I love this company

I love this company, their products and their way to market. Their honesty is also second to none. Well Done to you all. Sadly I cannot use their services due to heavy import taxes into Germany. I wait with baited breath for their expansion into Europe to enable me to rejoin the clan once more. Keep doing what you are doing!! Paul

Gave up but going back

I tried zample box waited for my order for weeks and nothing. I tried getting ahold of coustmer service but no luck . No phone calls was answered or emails. Finally one-day it was in the mail 5 weeks later. It seems like they was moving at the time but no coustmer was informed. I keep seeing positive reviews now . I'm thinking of going back to a regular coustmer.

5 years of amazing service then this happens

5 years of amazing service, fantastic juice selected against my input and preferences, great packaging, lately my orders have been in crapy boxes, last month they sent 4 bottles i got charged for 6, what's going on with Zamplebox ? Seems like they are going down the drain, maybe a class action is looming soo many unhappy global customers

Free box=Trash

*FROM 5 STARS TO ONE*Would give half. I thought I would give them another try and they offered to give me a free box but I received my box that had juice that was expired and looked like it had been sitting on the back shelf of the warehouse for 2 years. After a total of 22 emails I finally just told them to forget it and I deactivated my account... again. There was 2 juices out of 12 that I could vape because I don't want to go back to cigarettes. Free box my @$$! Horrible customer service. Overall a horrible experience. Zamplebox has been a terrific company, great customer service and care about their family (customers). There has been problems with every vape company due to the rules changing with the BS due to CDC and state regulations but they've made it right & back on track. I did have a couple boxes that were not in my flavor profile but they were good to try. I would go back as a customer again if they were giving me codes that work but I refuse to pay $10 shipping for a free 30 ml bottle, that isn't free. I did love the juice but I hated the shipping.

Ok so the email says be honest so here goes. I finally decided To give sample box a shot. I went through the questionnaire to find the right flavors and all that and Decided to go with the 3 pk cause there was some sort of special going on. My 1st issues starts with the fact that I had a total and then entered the promotion code and where there was no shipping all the sudden there was a shipping so the discount that was taking off essentially was almost canceled because of The phantom shipping cost. So now fast forward about 2 months and I almost completely forgotten And uh finally my sample box showed up. Now I have 3 flavors 2 of which we're horrendous 1 that was okay and that was that. So when I decided to complain because of the combination of shipping time And the flavors I read that I can't submit Complaint if it's been over 30 days. Well it was over 30 days from the time of my order by the time I got the order. I also emailed sample box and nothing.So I'm just left screwed now I guess. I almost decided to give it another shot when I saw 50% of email a week or so ago but I'm just having a hard time being convinced. Number really because of the flavor of the vape juice but were horrible. Thanks for listening.

Ordered July 2, now September 3 no refund or product

I ordered a Zamplebox every month for more than 3 years before July of this year came around. I gave the benefit of the doubt for the first 2 to 3 weeks with no tracking number. Yet after a week four with no tracking number received, I did begin to request a refund and to cancel my monthly subscription. Thankfully I was able to cancel the subscription for myself. Refund, well it seems when you pay them they take the money the same day but you request a refund, you must wait. Now here we are, September 3. I’ve left multiple voicemail messages, sent multiple chat requests on the sample box site, and I’ve still received absolutely nothing, except for the constant news sales ads stating that “we’ve got our stuff together now!” and yet it’s been two months and I have received not a single correspondence. I don’t hold much hope of anybody from Zamplebox or Vape Craft ever seeing this, let alone responding to it. I wish to warn everyone else reading this, do not order from here!!! They used to be a good company but now it’s been more than 60 days and I have received no product or refund!!!!
