While I would love to go back....

While I would love to go back to them, I can't after see how bad their customer service is. I have called and left voice mails, I have tried chat and email but never get anything. I'm seeing how they are saying they have fulfilled ALL back orders but I have never received my monthly box from July. It is now September. Don't get me wrong, I was one of zampleboxes biggest fans. But after not even receiving a sorry I had to let them go. I understand that everything that happened made things harder, but to get no response, and no help for 2 months is overkill. That speaks volumes about the business and the type of people who run the business.
