Sub Par Juice..

Had a decent time until this last may. I hear that it's going better bit the one problem is the vape craft people that bought and saved them is the one reason I'll never go back. There products have always been subpar to other brands that have been sold to me through this mail order service. Good luck but I won't be a part.

Missing Subscription Juices

My husband and I had a subscription each of twelve (12) juices per month. For our boxes in July 2021 - we received both of our boxes extremely late - sometime in August. My box was missing two (2) juices and my husbands four (4) juices. As all the negative reviews state as of late - we tried contacting them several times over the course of around fourteen (14) days with no luck. We sadly terminated our monthly subscriptions immediately after receiving my husbands box. It is sad - we have used their services with no issues for several years - their issues started around April of 2021 and have continued through July 2021. We have received several emails asking us to continue to use their services which have included coupons. It is a joke at this point - until we have received a shipment for the juices we paid for and did not receive, a partial refund or some sort of personal communication directly apologizing to us we have no plans on using their service again. I had no plans to leave a review since they already had so many negative reviews but I just received an email from ZampleBox asking me to share my positive thoughts and why I still support their business with a direct link to this website. Shady! I believe their service will get better eventually but this company needs to do more than sending out these pathetic emails and meaningless apologies to their loyal customers.

Terrible Subscription

Terrible service. Live chat doesn’t work. Says they respond in a few minutes, but I waited one hour with no response several different times. I sent a customer service request and got no confirmation email. They sent me a list of vape juices I should have received which, honestly, looked like a pretty good list, but what I received was awful. Out of the 12 I ordered, 4 were bottles of Baja breeze, which is disgusting by the way, and two other sets of doubles. Really disappointed. Can’t even reach out to customer service to fix the situation. Not worth the money.

If I could put negative stars I would I have emailed and messaged several times I ordered zample box for the first time in June and have yet to recieve my box or a response as to where it is the emails saying all pending orders are fulfilled is bogus mine isn't

Same old crappy customer service.

I decided to give these losers a second chance. I ordered juice on Friday, and here it is Thursday and it still says processing. So I had to spend money AGAIN that I don't really have to buy juice elsewhere, which by the way was ordered yesterday and shipped yesterday. It will be here by Saturday (3 days after ordering). Don't fall for their seemingly heartfelt emails claiming they have changed, and things are back to normal. They are at least responding to messages now, but all I am getting are excuses as to why my order has not shipped in nearly a week. Fool me once, fool me twice, ya know. Never again. Update - it is now the weekend again. They finally claimed they ran out of a flavoring. Huh? I thought the juice I ordered was made by other companies? Yet another excuse I assume. So I picked a replacement flavor. Will come back and update this when my package actually ships. Not very hopeful. Worst online shopping experience since online shopping began.

Loved Zamplebox from its inception…

Use Zamplebox from its inception inception, I discovered several juices that I really enjoyed, which led to me eventually canceling my subscription. Couple months ago I decided it was time to renew. Don’t know what I was thinking. Getting quality Vape juice in a general category from different suppliers and not having to waste $10-$20 a bottle to try it’s just the way to go.

I made my first order with ZampleBox…

I made my first order with ZampleBox and have so far been disappointed. I ordered and paid for 480ml of juice and only received a single 30ml bottle. So far I have spent 3 days trying to get a response from them with no luck. They won’t answer the phone, respond to emails, or respond to messages. With this so far terrible customer service I would advise you to not waste your time.

Despite my initial worry's and concerns…

Despite my initial worry's and concerns in reference to the delayed age verification, discount codes not working and lack of answers from any staff, these folks actually came through. I received my box in LESS than a week, about 4 in a half days to be exact. Im new to the vape world and I really love the website and the setup, Especially the samples. I will be doing business with you all from here on out. Sometimes it's not the issue itself that causes strain, its the lack of ability to fix it and Zample did just that.

Your "F*k up" too severe. Despicable.

The simple fact you continued taking people's money while you were having issues says it all for me. The fact I had to go to my bank and dispute the charge from you is unacceptable. I will NEVER be a zamplebox customer. I do not trust your company. There are plenty of other companies I've never had issues with. I'll stick with them.

As a former subscriber

As a former subscriber, I will no longer be supporting your company. I’ve tried reaching out to your customer service since your “return”, and still don’t get any answers, so clearly your company still doesn’t have it together. After being told you were acquired by vape craft, one of my least favorite brands you sell, I will definitely not be coming back. Now, I feel as though I’m being harassed getting emails begging me to come back every other day. Y’all done effed up and burnt this bridge.

Great vibrant flavours

The juice that was picked out for me, was great, I loved them all. The shipping wasn’t to bad as far as where it came from to where it was going to. Gotta thank customs for that one. I hit a bit of a financial snag but plan to restart my subscription soon. Way to go zample.

Only good things to say

I will still choose Zamplebox over any other because of the fact that they know how to take care of their customers and they are always, always on the ball whether it be purchases, delivery or just customer feedback or assistance. Amazing service and I have only good things to say and recommendations to give for them.

My last 3 boxes have been late

My last 3 boxes have been late. My sms, emails and live chats have been ignored. The last box i got had only 9 bottles not 12, all Communications regarding that have also been ignored. Zamplebox has already taken my money for the next box (17 days ago) who knows when that will turn up and of it will be 12 bottles.

Weeks to ship and wrong order

Recently ordered a 3 bottle box to give them a try. It took about 3 weeks for my "order" to arrive. When it did finally arrive there was only one bottle of juice in my box. I don't even know what flavor it is because you cant even search it online (It was not one of the three that are listed online that should have been in my box). Not only does it not come up on their website, but no where else on the internet either. I have absolutely no clue what I'd be vaping. Crazy thing is that my packing slip also indicated just one bottle. Not sure how when you clearly can see the order online. Reached out to support, still waiting to hear back. Regardless if they ship out the correct box, this is not how you conduct business. Update- Never heard back from support.

Horrible company & even worse customer…

Horrible company & even worse customer service. After accidently placing an order, right away I tried canceling it. I called & of course nobody ever answers. I left 2 voicemails , did live chat 3x & nobody ever got back to me & I sent a text & got zero reply. The order shipped. Now they'll have to pay to have it returned.

I will see this through the next box

I will see this through the next box. I actually canceled after the first because it was in process for about 2 weeks. If they fail on the next one I'm done with them. The first box seems ok, it finally arrived. Along with half a dozen whiney emails about giving them another shot.ok. Don't let me down.

Do not get anything from this company

Do not get anything from this company. They were great in the beginning but now they are horrible all the way around. They owe me 4 boxes that i never recieved, when id try to contact the support team i got the voice mail evert time.

Dont Do It. Its a nightmare

I order a box back in july, I thought this was a perfect deal, ordered the 12/bottle 30ml 6mlg sub. I didnt get anything until 8/13/21 and it was only 5 bottles, in a plain box, no packaging, no paperwork, no information on what the juices are. they werent even in a box they were just the bottles in a brown shipping box. we had to google the names just to find out what they were. FINALLY someone reached out to me on 8/16/21 after weeks of calling,emailing, texting to get my refund or ALL of what i ordered, and tells me they put in for a replacement box. and yet here we are 2 almost 3 weeks later and I havent gotten a replacement box or a reply back from anyone. I log into the website to see whats going on and AFTER i cancled my membership its been reactivated and there is no way to REMOVE your card. this place is absloute trash and i will never do business with them again.
