Customer Service?

I ordered a few bottles on Aug 5. I used to be a monthly member, but I don't vape enough to get bottles that often. ZB USED to be great and responsive. I get that things are weird with shipping and supply, but WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE??!! No one responds to chat, email, FaceBook Messenger, text, phone. Nothing. It's very very unprofessional, disappointing, and frustrating

Don't Do It!!!!

I’ve been charged for 4 boxes and have yet to receive any of them. I have made multiple attempt at reaching out to them through email, text and calling them on their service numbers. I don’t think I’ve even been so disappointed with a company. I truly regret ever trying to use their services. So in response to their reply yes I was reached out to on august 13th about the fact it had been returned to warehouse and asked how I would like to handle the situation I asked for it to be reshipped, verified the address and have heard nothing back from them and have not received my box or refund.

I used to love Zamplebox.

I used to love Zamplebox. I recently put in an order 240 ml of their Pink Drink juice on the 16th of August. By accident I didn't get a chance to fill our the correct address so I sent a message to the live chat to correct it before it shipped out. No response. I checked back with them for two weeks, each time I got a bot and when I called the customer service number all I got was a busy tone to leave a massage. A few days ago I recieved an email that it had finally shipped out and when I clicked the link, it said it was being shipped back to the warehouse since the system couldn't find my address. I've sent numerous messages and calls to ask for a refund or to have my order delivered correctly with no response for anyone. Highly disappointed is an understatement.

DO NOT TRUST ZAMPLEBOX

DO NOT TRUST ZAMPLEBOX! After ordering a subscription and making account the site won’t let you back in to cancel! I never received anything from them, and have called and never get anyone to answer, nor do they return phone calls or emails! I wrote and let them know that if you try logging in, it says that username is already taken when you were the one who created it, I tried making another one and the same thing happened! But the worse part is I have had to cancel 4 credit cards because they keep charging me 53.00 every month even though I let the fraud department of my bank know what is going on! I’m not sure how they are hacking into my bank account but it’s happening every month! I have emailed saying that I want my subscription canceled and I don’t want anything to do with this company! Yet they end up getting my new credit card info every time I change it and my password! There are several other people dealing with the same issues! Please beware and don’t give them any credit info or you won’t be able to log back in, and cancel your subscription after they don’t send it! Horrible cheating scammers! That’s the honest truth!

Atrocious Company

Awful Company was so excited to order zample box and ordered the 6 bottle package to try it out. 2 months later no box, called and texted them every day with no response. Never got my box and finally had to dispute the charge with my bank. Never got an apology or a response only e-mails trying to get me to resubscribe. This company lost out because had I gotten what I ordered I was planning on ordering a box for my BF and his son since we all vape. So they missed out on selling three boxes a month. I certainly do not recommend this company to anyone.

Long shipping waits aren’t your fault!

Although it took a while to get my order and I wasn’t provided any shipping information, I was very pleased with my order. Under the circumstances of covid, people should understand it will take a while to ship out, especially since a lot of vape shops (at least in my area) are shutting down. I was recommended this shop from a coworker and I will continue to buy from here. The vapes were amazing and are the smoothest I’ve ever smoked. Thank you for getting those out to be as best as you could, hoping it eases up on you guys!

BE WARNED

BE WARNED! Fake coupons! No customer service! Tons of misleading/fake ads! I have received a large number of emails from ZampleBox explaining how they "messed" up which contain various coupon codes. Every code I have tried is fake/broken. Not a single coupon code has worked from any of these emails. I have notified ZampleBox and they will not so much as respond to an email after they requested a screenshot of one of these. This company has the WORST customer service I have ever seen.

this is not cool

after contact was finally made i was told that i would receive zamplebucks for all the problems i have had. those credits have not landed and they have gone quiet again. then i received an email to leave positive feedback. although i appreciate the issues you have had it is rich to ask me to live positive feedback when ever turn is an issue with your company, then they replied to this message asking e to contact them (as you can see) and i did, of corse they haven't responded AGAIN

Waited over 2 months for what was supposed to been 12 bottles specifically no grape only to get 9 bottles and grape flavor xD. One star is one to many for this company. Y’all shouldn’t taken our money when you couldn’t deliver.

Buyer beware

I have attempted to reach out to the customer service team by text, chat, email and calling to no avail. My credit card was charged for June and July boxes and we only received 6 out of 12 bottles in August for June. I have left numerous messages asking them to ship the product or refund my credit card. I finally reported them to the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company. Buyer beware this company will not answer to any problems and will continue to charge your credit card. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Literally go f*** yourself

Literally go f*** yourself. “ we’ve already fulfilled ALL pending orders” NO YOU HAVENT. You sent me one juice instead of three in every single box I was supposed to get. It was two before I canceled and your customer service team did nothing. You are actively stealing from people. And you don’t care you don’t try to fix it. I’ve sent multiple emails called and went through the online service on ZampleBox and no one even answered me. I’ve been charged the full amount for boxes that were missing two juices. I sat online waiting for a customer service rep for over six hours before I got an automated message saying your team was no longer working and to try back or send an email. You don’t respond to emails you just steal from people. F*** ZampleBox
