No communication and won’t ship out what you pay for.
I had two subscriptions with them. I was a customer for years. Just recently their customer service has been worse then poor, it has been non-existent. I have tried emailing, texting, and even calling their phone number for support. My boxes have been coming later and later. Worse than that they only gave me half of my box for three months. That was for both subscriptions, not just one of them. At first I thought it was a mistake. But clearly I can see I am not the only customer they have taken advantage of. This is poor buisness practice, and in this economy not a good way to hold on to your customer base. You have lost a loyal long time customer customer. I will not be returning, and will no longer be promoting this company to my friends or family either. People beware before signing up to this company. There is a reason there are so many recent negative reviews. Just start reading some recent experiences of this company and you will see I am not alone.
