Save your money and support your local vape shop.

I started using zamplebox at the start of the pandemic and they started out great...but almost a year exactly they fell off the face of the earth. At first I was very understanding with everyone buying stuff online but now that shipping has gotten somewhat back to normal their service has become beyond awful. I'm still waiting on my box from July + 3 other bottles to clear out my "zbucks". They also had sent random boxes of juice that didn't match anything listed in my monthly box and not even in the quantity ordered. One of my last boxes had 8 out of 12 bottles. And honestly their juice is kinda sketchy. I've never heard of any of the companies they buy from.

They made up for it

They made up for it. If you look at my other reviews you will see how pissed I was, and justifiably. They took forever to send my first box. It was my first time dealing with them and the first impression was poor. I replied to every single email they sent me calling them out for shorting me 3 bottles with the most colorful language you could imagine. Finally someone from zamplebox replied to me and a conversation started. He sent me the 3 bottles I was owed plus 3 more to make up for the bad service. Even asked me what flavors I liked. I got my box today. It was an actual zamplebox box as opposed to a regular shipping box. The flavors I got were mostly good (IMO) the ones I dont care for will go to my brother as I've gotten him into the vape game, hopefully he kicks cigarettes. Anyway I really do think the company is trying to make up for what happened. In a past review I said anything above a 1 star was fake, and here I am 5 starring them. No I wasn't paid to either, I've just had a change of heart. They owned up to what happened and are making an attempt to fix it. Should they have continued taking orders while this was going on? IMO no but it's a little late for that and we can't go back in time. I will wait and see if reviews indicate that things have turned around before I give them another chance. Right now I'm cautious but it's a definite possibility where as before I wouldn't have considered it. In closing if you were shorted or are having problems you should email them.

No product, No refunds

I placed an order in June, hoping to have it within a couple of weeks. It is now September. I've tried to contact support, but never got replies (I have chatted and emailed numerous times). One person told me they would check on my order over a week ago, then disappeared. This is now 90 dollars almost that I am down. I have never been more disappointed by a purchase in my life, and really would just like a refund at this point. Don't waste your money here.

Do NOT order from these people, completely gone downhill

I was a dedicated and very satisfied customer for many years and ever since the issues earlier this year I’ve been nothing but frustrated. Canceled my subscription sometime ago when I had to wait three months for my box to show up and they are still continuing to charge my account! There is absolutely no way to contact these people via chat email or even phone, nobody answers a damn thing. It’s looking like some type of legal action is going to be necessary to get them to quit tapping into my bank account.

There nothing but a scam …

I placed an order on the 3rd was told that the shipping takes 1 to 2 days before it gets shipped out that's what's on the website email them and they said 3 to 4 days because they were behind on orders it is now The 12th and I still haven't received my order this place is nothing but a sham and it's I waunt my money back don't buy from these people they don't care

Thief rob me blind

i order on Sep 6 and I didn't get an email or confirmation or anything about my order this is the worst I've ever seen out of any company and their excuse of Staffing moving and other BS does not mean the customer should be charged and not receive their vape juices. i feel like i was robbed of my money, don't buy anything from them because i you will not get it. PS that email they're pushing is a fraud no response i have gotten better customer services from DMV and that says alot

Beware!! They will continue to charge after cancellation

Beware. Due to poor customer service cancellation of your subscription may not be possible. I had my service for a few years. When I quit vaping and cancelled my service I was charged again. I immediately sent a request for a refund due to a cancelled account. Days later a response was sent that they could not refund the unauthorized charge because they had just shipped my order. A few minutes later the notice of shipment was sent.

(Edited) 50% off just kidding they charge full price anyway

Was on the fence about if I should get a box but they sent me am email with 50% off, sweet even if it's not perfect atleast it's a bit cheaper for me to try it out again, wrong despite putting the discount code in they still charged me full price, when I attempted to contact customer service no response, well done in the short term you stole my money in the long term you lost multiple customers as many people were waiting on me to try it out before they gave it a shot. EDIT: customer service eventually got back to me and have refunded the discount that was meant to be, was after the box had already shipped (couldn't cancel it) so would just want quicker response time in futurer as I was left with the idea that they were just going to treat it as nothing happened

Even though it was rocky for a moment there. They more then made up for it to me. Thanks my friend! Will return. (Also there was a time where orders didn’t get out) they have since explained and fixed it. I am a non payed customer who thinks they are worth it. -Mike

I have recently been between jobs and…

I have recently been between jobs and have not been able to keep my subscription up to date. But I can and will say that I do enjoy this subscription and plan on getting it back as soon as I can. I enjoyed at least 90% of the flavors I have received, they are very smooth when vaping. I am satisfied with the prices. I am looking forward to getting my boxes back. Live, love and laugh...

Scam

Much like everyone else, both my wife and myself charged for boxes, they never came. Then get a charge for another set of boxes before the first set ever comes. Cancelled our accounts. Stay away! Buyer beware!

THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE

This message needs to be pinned. This company is NOT getting customers orders fulfilled. If you check positive reviews you will see it is the only review they have done. They have made promises and not done them. The company should be shut by Trading standards until they can get their act together as it is illegal what they are doing. They used to be good but you don't keep a business open accepting orders if you cannot fulfil them

I've never had a problem with my boxes…

I've never had a problem with my boxes or getting charged wrong. I appreciate the company admitting they made some mistakes and trying to correct the issue. I hope they get everything back on track because they provide a great service at a good price.

Peace Everyone!

Peace everyone. So to start, I just want to say thank you all sooo very much. Because of your company, I've quit smoking black and milds for almost 2 whole years now and haven't relasped. I live in the bronx and can't receive any vapemail from your company anymore, BUT this has definitely been a life changing experience for myself and my family. I'm married with 2 children and I must say that vaping has been a real game changer for my health and has allowed me to spend more time with my family without the heavy breathing/ huffing and me always trying to catch my breath. I owe that to your company. I got started with Zamplebox from reading a few reviews and wanting to change my style of health. You guys/girls really came through when I needed you. So again, thank you. Hopefully sometime in the future I'll be able to continue ordering from zamplebox. For all the customers that may have had issues with zamplebox, I beg you all to give this company another chance if you haven't already, this is truly a wonderful company who really cares about their customers. The Zample Box company and “team” are…Thieves

The Zample Box company and “team” are all thieves. Pure and simple. They stole $61.80 , by debiting my account on August 2 , 2021 and never, never sent my box, instead sending idiotic emails about how they messed up and were sorry and were now offering 40 % off NEW purchases. Yeah, here I will let you steal some more money from me. I was a monthly customer for 5 years and 3 months. I had to change my bank account because of these fools, as I am certain that on September 2, 2021 they were going to steal the monthly $68.10 again. Beware. Beware.
