Zamplebox has always been great to me. Sometimes the boxes come a bit slow but for the most part, i like them.

This is a great way to get new and exciting flavors sent to you every month! If you fill out your flavor profile to your liking, ZampleBox does a great job of hitting the nail on the head as to what you will enjoy. A few times you may get a flavor that isn’t exactly what you were looking for, but I’ve been surprised by a few of those as well! Every bottle is a quality product and the service is well worth the money. I will continue to use this service for as long as I vape!
Placed my first order with this company super excited to receive it, and here we are several weeks later and I still have not received my box. Nor has it been shipped. Super disappointed. I’ve tried calling using the live chat creating a ticket with customer service and no response.
Zample box what is going on this is not like the past I used to look forward to my box coming. I Orderd a box a couple weeks ago and it has not even shipped yet. This may be the only box I get this time around may cancel my account after I receive this box.

Used to be a great company. Reliable, respond to messages, great liquid,...but now its a shambles. Been with them for years. subscribing with 12 bottles. Last few months Ive received no boxes while still taking money out, and then for the last 2 months i get sent a box of 5 instead of 12. I have tried contacted customer service over 5 times and ive not had a single reply. I even got a "your ticket has been closed" without any response from them. If you're getting the same experience, cancel your subscription. Cut your losses. I don't know if they've got a new management or what, but its definitely not what it used to. Avoid!!!
Ordered for the first time two months ago, got worried if it would come because of all the reviews so I tried to contact them same story as everyone else no reply to anything, it took 5 weeks to get a tracking number it took a further 3 weeks to arrive and on arrival I find Im 4 bottles short. I forgot to cancel my subscription and it renewed for another month and it charged me $110 when it should of been only $80 I Wouldn’t recommend using this company they clearly don’t care about the customer.
This company has gone to crap recently. Late shipments, leaking bottles, shipping notifications to track a box that was received 3 months prior. They have been emailing and asking everyone to stick with them, yet shown no evidence of improving anything

Ordered a zamplebox and it just never shipped. I have tried calling, emailing, texting and messaging and still no response. I firmly believe this company is just trying to scam people out of money now.
Leaving another 1 star because I got my box for this month, only for it to be 4 bottles instead of 6, and customer support is nonexistent. This company is garbage.
This used to be a good company. Now I'm having issues like recieving 7 bottles instead of 12 (as part of the subscription I've had for over a year), shipping is taking several weeks because they aren't processing the subscription "order" quickly, I'm receiving mixed nicotine levels (even though the entire box should be one level), etc. Customer service is terrible now too; I've been using the chat for several weeks and no one has responded to me. This company went from amazing to a waste of money.
I’ve placed an order on July 29th I got a notification that they’re “getting ready to ship it”. It is now august 13th and still nothing. I’ve tried all their customer services and no reply not one thing. It used to not be this way.
Unresponsive. I placed an order over two weeks ago and have not been given any shipping information. After clicking the link and seeing the other poor reviews I decided to cancel my membership and dispute the previous charge with my credit card company. I tried their online chat, texting, calling, emailing - nothing. Not a single word from them. Avoid at all costs.
The company is going to end up with a string of legal problems very soon. They are blaming regulation but they knew this was coming a long time ago. They don't even have a warehouse yet are still taking people's money and trying to blame others for their failings as a business. Avoid at all cost. For those of you that they are saying you can't get a refund, look up the law. They HAVE to give you a full refund. Look it up on the FTC website.
I sincerely wish I could rate this below one star. I placed an order with this company about a week ago and still no updates on shipping. I have tried calling, emailing, chat-bots, and even their idiotic Facebook messenger. They have effectively stolen my money. Judging by the other reviews from this site, I am not alone in this matter. This company needs to face punishment for defrauding this many people. NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Please save yourself the time and sanity...I wish I had.
They sent my June boxes to the wrong place a month late now the site says that my June and July boxes were shipped 8/2 but when I track them it says delivered 7/31. I haven't gotten one reply to any of the ways I've tried to contact them. They have no problem charging my card tho.
