Used to be great....

Similar to other recent reviews. I've been a member for over 4 years. Things were great until a few months ago. I was charged for boxes I never received. I was charged for a 12 bottle box but only received 6 bottles. Secondly, the quality and attention to detail that brought me to Zamplebox is gone. Boxes no longer come in Zamplebox packaging, no longer have "menu's" describing each juice (loved this), and are no longer separated which ensured bottles wouldn't crack or spill.

Was great... not anymore.

I was a member for 2 years and it was great.. I took a break a little while back because of all the changes happening. When I re-activated my account in july for 12 bottles a month, it took 6 weeks to finally get my box and there were only 9 bottles in my package. Then I get an email celebrating that everything went out right and they are finally up to date. Next day I get an email, "sorry we f****d up here's a discount on your next box" but guess what? Their site won't let me use the discount code. They are all over the place and everything they do has a mistake somewhere. Needless to say I canceled again. They need to just give up and stop

This used to be a fantastic company…

This used to be a fantastic company that sent out their product on time and according to customer preference. Not anymore, the company was apparently sold, and it went downhill fast. Now it's all promises but no results. The last box I received before I canceled was shipped over a month late. I'm not falling for all the promises of better and cheaper. Talk is cheap.

Wont give me a refund

This company is horrible. First like someone else posted it sat in the sending point forever. Then when I finally received my box it was all flavors that I specifically said I didn’t want. So I sent a message to customer service through the instant messenger saying I want a refund on Aug 17, no response. I sent a message again 4 or 5 more times between then and now and still no response. Well actually I get the automated message saying they have a high amount of customers contacting them and they will be with me soon. It’s 2 weeks later and no response. DONT NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SITE!!!!!

I paid. It’s been “getting ready to ship” since 2 Aug. 5 messages sent and not 1 reply from customer service. This company has fallen off recently. Starting to get flavors I specifically said I don’t like. Looks like it’s time to go elsewhere. Update: So after writing this review and canceling my membership my box was shipped the next day.

I was shorted 3 bottles of juice on my first month after waiting 3 weeks for my first box after they took my money. Talked with Marco Febra through e-mail and apparently he didn't want my business so i'll take my money elsewhere. Pretty crappy i had to pay 40+ dollars for 3 30ml bottles of juice

What happened to you guys you used to be amazing how you not going to send out boxes we pay for anymore? I really should have read recent comments and reviews before ordering but I figured you'd be just as great as before but guess not.... should have had 2 boxes but they never sent out 1st b4 I skipped a month then canceled since they won't even respond to emails/calls

From the best to the worst...

You only need to look through the recent reviews to see that everyone has the same problem with them. I purposely never left a review these past few years because I was always sceptical that an issue would be just around the corner and here it is; the final straw. It starts out amazing, you get to tailor make your box - kind of - how you like it, and as time goes on, you get more freedom to choose more of the juices that you like. However, you soon start to realise that the top juices, the best ones, the ones that you actually want are not the ones that come in your box – literally ever – you’re only able to pick from the best of the “above average” liquids. If you want the premium flavours you have to buy those as additional extras; and not at a great price either really when you’re already spending over 50 quid each month. As a UK resident, you have to come to terms with the fact that your subscription is going to take – on average – about 3 weeks to get to you pre-covid. Though, often enough, you’ll find that your box arrives more than a month later, especially so these days. What’s more, occasionally they get flagged at UK customs and you have to pay a further charge anywhere between 10 and 20 pounds for it to make the final leg of the journey. What this means is, for 330ml of – mostly – average juice you’re sometimes spending 70 quid and having to wait well over a month for it to reach you. The first 3 months are peachy where they hook you on what appears to be a good deal for exotic liquids, and then things slowly decline to the point where it’s just good enough to keep paying rather than the hassle of cancelling and buying your juice the old fashioned way. I’ll grant that Covid as well as the US laws and legislations have affected the company as well as their move to two different warehouses, and Zamplebox have been very apologetic about it in a series of generic emails to its customers. However, the customer service is non-existent these days. I’ve waited nearly 3 months for a single response regarding a billing issue on either the live chat, email or ticketing system and I’m just done messing around with them now. I was not prepared to update my billing information and have them take more money when my most recent boxes have taken over 2 months to arrive! I thought that I would wait so they could sort themselves out, but they cancelled my subscription - which appeared sort of kind of them – and then upon re-activating my account, all of my unlocked slots (the ability to pick from the meagre 4 pages of poor juice) were gone. Another series of contact attempts later to resolve it has been met with the all too familiar silence of the Zamplebox customer service team. There was a time where you could have your fill picking some -not all- great flavours from epic brands that really made this company worth the money. But now, even the longest and biggest spending loyal customers are only being sent the dregs of the juice making world. Weak liquids, long delivery times, extra charges, no customer service. Lately, I honestly feel like I’m paying for the privilege of being sent juice I could buy in a run down supermarket for one of those olden day e-pens. Really disappointing to see them go from the best to literally the worst retailer for your E-Liquid needs. I strongly advise staying away, this company looks like it’s on its last legs and it tastes like the juice they’re providing is nasty clearance liquid from the back of a warehouse long forgotten about. A very deserved 1 star

It's a scam

If I could give the services less than 1 star I would. Wouldnt recommend anyone use this service. I paid for the largest box. Have waited 2 weeks. Constantly just says it's getting ready to ship. They haven't responded to a single one of my complaints. The text number offered was invalid and when I tried to call no one answered. I just want a refund. I've canceled it so hopefully they dont try to charge my card again for this non sense.

Zamplebox: From Amazing to an Utter Joke

Zamplebox has gone from being an amazing service to an utter joke/bordering on a scam. I had been subscribed to their monthly juice box for a few years and was getting 12 bottles a month. My June box was charged normally on 6/13/21, but never shipped. I attempted to contact them multiple times -- both through their online chat service, and through submitting a ticket via their support site. I never received any response to any of these attempts to communicate with them. So 3 weeks later, I performed a chargeback with my credit card company for non-delivery of goods. Then my June box finally showed up -- over a MONTH later, on July 15. My chargeback was reversed because Zamplebox provided the USPS tracking number showing it was delivered. Fine, I thought. I got my juice, but Zamplebox is obviously having problems getting shipments out. The vape industry got hit hard by the legislation passed by Congress and enacted roughly Mar/Apr 2021. I know they were trying to work things out and moving warehouses. So I skipped my July box in order to give them time to sort their stuff out, and just bought juice locally. They then sent out an email in late July stating that they had cleared their backlog of shipments and that things would be getting back to normal. So I let my August box get charged as normal on 8/13/21. I cancelled my subscription to Zamplebox on 8/27/21 after receiving no indication from them that my box had shipped for 2 weeks. I also disputed the charge with my credit card based on their failure to deliver. Then, like magic, 3 days later on 8/30/21 I get a notice that my box had been shipped. Too little, too late, Zamplebox! I'm not coming back -- I already found another subscription box service (vape-box dot com) that has been WAY more responsive. But I was interested to see what would come in the box since others had complained recently of not receiving all of their order. And sure enough -- instead of 12 bottles, there were only 8. And it's not even that someone just forgot to put in 4 bottles ... the packing list in the box only listed 8 bottles. Yet, in their email to me asking me to review the flavors of the August box, they list 12 bottles. So they knowingly, and purposefully, shorted me juice in the box. And yet they continue to send out emails talking about how they f*cked up, how it wasn't their fault, but they're all good now and caught up, and imploring people to leave good reviews and offering discounts to sway people back. Yet they still do not answer any form of contact I try to make. They still either owe me 4 more bottles, or they need to pony up a shipping label so I can send these 8 bottles back to them and refund the charge they made on 8/13/21. Zamplebox used to be a great experience, but they have failed in so many ways since spring of 2021 and anyone even thinking of using them for either a subscription box or even just for a regular order should stay far, far away.

Worst scam ever

Worst scam ever, signed up then received nothing other emails that they are behind deliveries. In total 3 month paid and 0 of 3 boxes received. But chargeback, bbb complaint are now rolling. Do not order with this company or you possibly lose money.
