So I received my box from zamplebox and…

So I received my box from zamplebox and so I Got 5 out of the 12 bottles I picked and so at the start they asks what flavours you like what flavours you don't like and so out of the random selection bottles they gave me the flavours I dislike as I said at the start of my subscription and I'm pretty sure I've accidentally picked them flavours and gave them a bad rating but yet they still send them to me

Saved a lot of money while testing a…

Saved a lot of money while testing a lot of different flavors and loved about 90% of them. There was some hiccups in the 2 years I was a member but with the new laws and constant government harassment I feel that they did their best and always came through.

For the past whenever long since June when zamplebox moved I have paid for the big box....an time n time again not one box was correct.. this is a problem and needs to be addressed for future holders who have subs boxes coming in ....

Promise one thing and do another they're not a trustworthy company It took three weeks for me to get my juice and that was just for them to ship it And no it wasn't a box order this was an actual juice order over 300 ml Their monthly box are a joke I've used this company since the start and then I went away for a while Came back to order some more juice & the monthly box turned into a joke On me Worst possible Vape experience I've had Don't order juice from these guys you'll go insane waiting for it Promise me a refund didn't do it

Save your money

Save your money, go support your local vape shops. They sent me the same garbage flavor twice in a row and they all taste like menthol perfume. Not happy, and don’t recommend!

Just go to a local spot

So first of all, I ordered some juice for 10.99 and my total somehow ended up being 19.98? No idea how they managed to sneak these charges in, but I ordered my juice on tuesday and it's already the weekend with no updates. If you are unaware they don't process orders on weekends, yet they had an entire week to get my order shipped. Trying to get a refund ASAP but I'm already having doubts on that. Just go to a real smoke shop, you're supporting local businesses and you get your juice immediately. No BS charges.

I had a horrible experience the first three months but I must say the last two I have enjoyed my subscription they have stepped up and have received my subscription on time and with really great juices so glad I gave them another chance

My first purchase

This is my 1st time purchasing from this site Because my usual site that I purchase from are not taking orders anymore At the Moment I purchased 3 bottles,I had purchased a 120 ml of Captain Jack a 120 ml of OMG so good and I also purchased a 120 ml bottle of cool breeze I received my package within a week I did not have a confirmation email to let me know anything the only thing I knew was that it was deducted from my account I never received the email letting me know my tracking number to let me know when it should be arriving when I finally got my package I was excited Just to open it up and realize that the only thing that was correct on my order was Captain Jack They sent 8 30 ml bottles of random juices that I did not request It is so hard to get ahold of them to complain about my issue I have sent over 15 messages regarding the matter and have yet to resolve my issue Even with my email posted I have yet to receive any feedback about my issue or concerns I have to constantly check on the site under customer service and try to hit live chat to see if they responded to any of my messages because I have yet to receive a email about the matter this will be my first and last time ordering from them.

Zamplebox overall…

It used to be better at the beginning but for one the zamplebox website is very out dated and fails often. I can't even see my boxes or rate what I got since before july 2021. Which help with flavor profile picks. Zamplebox has really messed up the past 5 or so months and sometimes I don't even get all my juices. There was one month I only got 4 then one I only received 5 out of the six I am paying to get. Customer service doesn't have the best track record of getting back to you. I have spoken to other zamplebox users and they say the same with missing juices. I hope this issue is resolved sooner rather than later. If it doesn't and they can't advance then I will unfortunately have to leave. The idea is good but they may not be able to keep up which sucks.

From 1⭐️ to 5⭐️‘s

So this is my third update since I’ve started with ZampleBox. If you read my two reviews prior, you’ll be up to date on the issues thus far. However, I am happy to report my third attempt of making things right with ZampleBox was a success. The correct flavors came in the mail. The shipping was a little longer than promised, but customer support did reach out to give me a heads up. I really did appreciate the update instead of just letting it ride out, because I was watching like a hawk haha. So I decided to let my second box ride and to give ZampleBox another chance. I got an email today saying my order has shipped and what flavors are coming, so cross your fingers the actual flavors listed show up. I got to pick two I’m excited about, so we shall see. If the right stuff comes, I’ll continue my subscription! Thank you to customer support for making this right and continuing to meet customer expectations!

I am still waiting to see if my order…

I am still waiting to see if my order will ship. I ordered two bottles of juice to see how their order processing and shipping was before I decided to go ahead with a subscription. I had read reviews of them talking a long time and decided to take a chance. I'm thinking I might not try the subscription service after these delays.

So yeah..

So my first box.. came a month and a half after subscribing. Kinda made me upset but once it came I was ok. I open the box and I only get five out the six juices that were supposed to come with the subscription… so I’m like ok I’ll see how next moment goes. The next month’s box comes in a timely manner and has all six. I’m like ok maybe it was a fluke. The juices I would say are just ok but for the price I’m happy. Now I get my third box and I only get five juices again. I even checked the packing slips for all three and.. the first only had five juices picked. The second had six. And now the third again only has five. Not sure what to do other than cancel my subscription because I’m not paying for a hit or miss type of subscription every month. I’m already open minded enough to accept not every juice I’m going to like but I can live with that. Not fulfilling the whole order… not paying for it.

I rate Zamplebox a 4 out of 5. Personally, I do not have a subscription anymore but I do recommend it. I will not get it again, as I am trying to quit. However, I definitely recommend them to others who vape. If you are looking to find vape juices flavors that you like, this is the subscription for you! For the price of what one 100ml bottle would cost you (maybe even less, just depends on what brand lol) you can receive more than 5 sample sizes of different flavors - the sizes I received were 30ml. You can even search their database and choose which flavors you'd like to try beforehand OR you can leave it up to them and be completely surprised. You can choose what nicotine strength you'd like, as well. The flavors they send are all premium brands. I was never sent anything expired, either. I always received my subscription order within a reasonable time frame of being charged for my subscription service. I never had any issues with not receiving my order & I always enjoyed the extra goodies that were sent (that's If my son didn't steal them beforehand.. such as decals, stickers, etc). Now I did take one star off for the variety/flavors that I'd receive. I'd always make sure to rate my flavors (REMEMBER TO RATE YOUR FLAVORS!! LOL) but I'd still receive some that were similar to ones I didn't like or others that I put in my dislikes - for example, I remember received mint one month & the following month receiving spearmint from the same brand even though I rated and disliked the mint & had Menthol in the dislikes of my profile. Overall, Zamplebox is definitely a good company to try out to find flavors you like. I haven't had it in months but I still have a collection of flavors to try. Thanks zamplebox!!

Totally frustrated trying to get someone from Zamplebox to email me about my long standing issue . I have sent over 20 emails over the last 5 months to their so called "Support Site " and have heard nothing . If they are over all their problems , How bout addressing mine .

Don’t waste your time or expenses!!!

I think it’s good that you can purchase eliquids that you KNOW FOR SURE you like. However, when ordering my subscription box (3 bottles), they sent two separate “brands” with the exact same juice in them. The flavor profile was supposed to be fruit and menthol. These juices were STRAIGHT MENTHOL. Horrible tasting. I made sure to add every single flavor I liked and didn’t like. So the possibilities were endless, and they chose to send two of the same juices (as I mentioned, they were two “separate brands”). The third bottle that was sent had a flavor profile I specifically said I DIDNT LIKE! Their customer service isn’t great either. When I tried contacting them several times, I received NO help whatsoever. Not even a reply back saying “we will get with you as soon as we can”. Another issue is they’re overpriced. Even with coupon codes. So that, coupled with the not so elegant flavor of juices they sent, I personally say don’t waste your time with them. Element Vape has been my go to for looking at reviews and purchasing. Never had an issue with them. Just wanted to give a recommendation for those looking for one.

Loyalty as a customer for years

Stuff happens. This company has gone through many changes but I hung in and waited to see if they could return to the old way of doing things. Glad to report shipping delays have been resolved, plus replies to my emails once again. Plus discount codes and free merchandise was another factor!

I ordered just 3 bottles of juice on…

I ordered just 3 bottles of juice on the 8th and now it’s the 20th and I STILL DO NOT HAVE THEM. It says my order is still being processed every time I check it. I wanna know how to get my money back because this is hands down the worst service I’ve ever used.
