My booked flight was cancelled by Singapore Airlines on the 4th of March. I got an email from Travelocity confirming the segment change and a phone number to call. I've been trying since the 4th to contact Travelocity, but 8 or 9 of their "Customer service" phone numbers are either experiencing "high call volumes" or "technical difficulties" then they hang up you. Then I get a generic email from the president of the parent company Expedia, telling me what they're doing to fix this problem they've had for 4 weeks. "Helping Our Customers. For those traveling now and with upcoming travel bookings, our teams are working around the clock to provide everyone the support they need. We are rapidly increasing the availability of travel advisors, enhancing our self-service options, and developing new automated ways for travelers to better manage their reservations. Our focus is helping travelers with immediate trips, and these improvements will allow all our customers to travel more confidently in the future.

Wow, absolutely NO Customer Support, by phone, no Email support, nothing but fake emails telling us how much they care. When I disputed a credit card charge they IMMEDIATLY contacted me with a threat about cancelling my trip, the same one the airlines had already cancelled!
I will NEVER book with Expedia, Travelocity, Hotels.com or or Trivago or any of their other subsidiaries ever again.
