Do not use this company

Do not use this company. They are crooks!! I booked 4 tickets for my family in February to go to a wedding in May. I also paid for insurance. The wedding was cancelled in mid March because of covid 19. I have been trying to cancel my flights ever since and have gotten nowhere with the insurance company or Travelocity. I have tried everything to talk to a human being and it is impossible. They are crooks and will not return my money.

Do NOT BOOK WITH TRAVELOCITY

Travelocity is a horrible horrible company. I canceled my trip on March 21 2020 after our hotel room was canceled and they will not refund me my money. I paid for a trip for 3 people. I DO NOT WANT THEIRTRAVELOCITY CREDIT. Who are they to give me a credit for 3 separate people, they should refund the person who paid for the flights. I WOULD NEVER BOOK with them again. Their business practices are really bad and you are not customer oriented or customer based. They KNOW THERE'S A NATIONAL PANDEMIC right now in this world. WITH THE STATE OF THE WORLD TJEU SHOULD AUTOMATICALLY refund their customers who request it for a canceled trip. I am disappointed with this corporation and cannot believe tjeorr business practices. I've also contacted the Better Business Bureau, I will be calling Consumber Affairs and and I am considering speaking to the local media at some point. Their customer service is terrible she tried to tell me that the Airline issues the credit and I have an email dating that TRAVELOCITY HOLDS THE CREDIT... THAT I DO NOT WANT. Their customer service is overseas so there language comprehension challenges with their customer service agents. I want my money back.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever! Contacted to cancel flight in March. A month and a half later I get an email stating airline policy does not allow for refund/credit. Airline website clearly states that due to COVID-19 they provide refunds/credit. They further stated if you disagree to feel free to call them. Well I have been trying to call them for 6 weeks and it is literally impossible to talk to anyone there. Finally had to contact the airline directly and they were very helpful - thank you Alaska Airlines.

Never again travelocity!

Had a trip cancel due to covid and was told they could not issue a refund because it was booked through a third party. Hello you are the third party. You took my payment as a third party but can't refund because you're a third party. Never again will I use your site.

This company is a disgrace

This company is a disgrace. Booked round trip ticket to Kodiak Alaska for hunting trip. Hunting season cancellation and Alaska quarantine caused me to cancel trip. Travelocity tried to give me a credit when I asked for a refund. No credit no refund. I'm out 910.00 dollars. Trying to contact attorney general right now. DO NOT waste your money with this unscrupulous company.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Spent $5000 for a family trip to Italy in May. Flights have already been canceled by Delta, but can't get any information from Travelocity on status of, or whether I can get, a refund or voucher. No way to talk to anybody, and get any answers. I understand they may not be able to handle all of the calls, but at least give me a way to e-mail my question, and eventually get an answer. Will never work with them again!

Thieves and liars

Thieves and liars. I booked a package to Paris and purchased the travel waiver insurance they offered. I paid over three thousand dollars for this trip. They have refused to provide any refund on the trip even though the flights to Paris have been cancelled and the hotel is closed. Additionally, they have yet to provide any credit for either the flight or the hotel expense. I will never book with them again.

So I booked my flight ,they took my money ,then they changed my flight with no connecting flight.so I called for them to find me another flight and was on the phone for 2 and a half hours ,and The rep keept checking with me making me believe that there supervisor was taking care of the problem for the customer service rep to tell me that her supervisor ( higher ups ) got disconnected .This is the worst company I have dealt with. Will never call Travelocity to book another flight . Left in limbo and stranded

Travelocity is not giving Refund on flight cancelled by airline

Travelocity is not giving me a refund for a flight cancelled by British Airways, only a credit. British Airways would be providing a full refund if I booked directly with them. Book flights directly with airlines do NOT use Travelocity. I am disputing with my credit card to get a refund on my service that was cancelled. They cannot legally keep my money for services not provided.

Very very upset

Very very upset. I booked a trip to the Dominican republic on April 12 and the person that I was going to go with unfortunately starter got the virus so it was after the 24 hour. And I need to cancel. Seven days of me getting online with online chat and calling about 80 times with no luck, I finally reached a representative last night who proceeded to tell me that the airline tickets will be used as a voucher only. They did refund the hotel. American Airlines will not let me do a name change on that ticket for him under no circumstances. They are not going to go. They are afraid they are going to lose their child so he does not want to travel this year and that is understandable. All I asked was that they let me either do a name change on the ticket, or I wanted them to just refund my airline tickets. Had I been able to get a hold of them, I would've fell within the cancellation guidelines. It's absolutely unreal.

They are an awful company-never use them again!!

They don't even deserve any stars..AWFUL!!.I have been trying to reschedule my trip and they have a "credit" for my flight and then will only get a refund from the hotel after I book another trip.I was on phone 5 hours one night and disconnected then today on phone for over 3 hours only to have the "supervisor" tell me I would have to pay an additional $1000 for the flight for 3 of us even though the price on their website for same flights was different.. also could not reschedule a vacation package like we originally had and had to purchase flights separate from resort.I told the woman they were making money off of these reschedules during a pandemic and they have made it near to impossible to reschedule.she said she was checking for another price code thay maybe they could use only to find myself getting disconnected again and no call back!!!! I am disgusted with this company and will not use them ever again after this!! They have not only wasted my time but are also profiting off of a pandemic and people trying to reschedule by making it nearly impossible for them to do so with all of their supposed rules. I either want my vacation package rescheduled fairly or I am not paying for another trip that will cost me double of what I originally paid.

I have no way of contacting your company because the phone and the computer take you in circles for anything. I have a refund for a hotel booking for April 17-19th Baymont by Wyndham in Muskeghon, MI. Terrible Company

I booked travel plans with them for a trip starting on 3/15/2020. I bought trip insurance which allows me to cancel for any reason. I had to cancel the trip due to corona virus. I am unable to file a claim for the cost of the airline tickets. Travelocity does not answer phone calls and they do not publish any method to file a claim to get your money back. Do not do business with this company.

Cancelled Hotel Stay in South Florida due to coronavirus

We had to cancel a trip to South Florida to stay at a hotel booked through Travelocity. The hotel charged us $186 cancel fee and told me that it was due to Travelocity's rules. We canceled the trip due to the high incidence of coronavirus in South Florida and were advised by our doctor to not make the trip. When I contacted Travelocity customer (dis)service they said "not their fault" Maybe the hotel would do something about it. Not why I booked through Travelocity.... for them to not support their customers. Terrible.

Travelocity has shut down all means of contact..we have tried to contact them for a refunf for almost 3 weeks. We all have been scammed. We filed a cc dispute with our bank and with Our STATE attorney general office. Hundreds of desperate posts on their Facebook page..no reply.

I wish I could give them a -5. I booked a flight for my daughter in January, on March 30th I receive an email from a Travelocity informing me of a airline credit, in lieu of a refund which I clearly have requested. Well then Travelocity starts deferring to the Airlines, the Insurance Company, any and everyone but them. They take no responsibility for the flights, insurance, price match, absolutely not their fault. So if you have $$$$$ to give away by all means use their inadequate service. They will not take responsibility and will defer defer defer
