I wish I could give them a -5. I booked a flight for my daughter in January, on March 30th I receive an email from a Travelocity informing me of a airline credit, in lieu of a refund which I clearly have requested. Well then Travelocity starts deferring to the Airlines, the Insurance Company, any and everyone but them. They take no responsibility for the flights, insurance, price match, absolutely not their fault. So if you have $$$$$ to give away by all means use their inadequate service. They will not take responsibility and will defer defer defer
