By far the worst customer experience…
By far the worst customer experience and product experience. This was truly embarrassing....I ordered a gift basket for delivery 12/24. Your company had no problem charging my credit card the $118 on that date, but did not deliver the gift until January 15th. The recipient said the basket was so moldy and spoiled that the smell was overwhelming and she needed to get it out of her house. This basket was also supposed to have included a teapot and cup, which were completely shattered. I attempted to get a refund, and have got nothing but the run around. I have filed a grievance with American Express and intend to file a complaint with the Attorney General. When calling your company the only option to get a real person is if you wish to place an order...customer service is directed to email.....and when trying to place a rated review on the Hazelton website, when you click on the 1 star, it automatically gets changed to the 5 star. I call that deliberately misleading and would call your company a complete scam.
