I would leave a zero review if I could

I would leave a zero review if I could. I just got off the phone with customer service and all they did was yell at me saying their mistake is my fault. I live in Los Angeles and this Christmas on Dec 20 I ordered a $108 gift basket to be delivered to my friend who lives in Winnipeg. It was supposed to get there before Christmas and I realize with the Christmas rush it could’ve been a few days late. However it never got there! I never knew either, they never notified me. On New Year’s day my friend called me and I said thank you for the gift basket she sent me, and that I hope she liked hers. But she said what gift? That was the first I heard that it never got there. I just got off the phone with them and the representative was the rudest person I have ever talked to in a customer service situation. All the rep did was argue at me saying I did something wrong and that it is my fault. She said looking through the records that a courier tried to deliver it and took it somewhere else because the person was not home. There was no notice left on her door, no email to me about it, and no way for me to know there was a problem. Then she just kept going on and on about how it was my fault. They will not give me my money back. I finally wished her a good day and hung up while she was still berating me. Do not use this business! I realize mistakes can happen, but they blame the customer for their mistakes. The representative I talked to was the rudest person I’ve ever had on a business call.
