Dreadful service

Reported a domestic water leak almost 3 weeks ago. An initial visit confirmed it was the company's responsibility to repair but a follow up visit was needed. 3 weeks pass & the same technician turns up to take photos of the leak he saw 3 weeks before. In the interim no.proactive communication from the.companu. Promised callbacks never came. And.booked visits never happened. Awful! And I have no alternative provider.I can switch to. Simply.awful service

CRAP…

Rang Xmas eve as downstairs toilet filling with water/ sewage from drains that back up to our house from the estate in heavy rain , This is nearly a yearly event in heavy rainfall . I rang for help as know the road needs pumping out to stop this and after over an hour on the phone and emails sent etc no one came ! Had text messages to say they too were busy to attend and even tho I stayed up to empty the toilet onto our lawn we weren’t a priority ! Well thank you Anglian Water ! Maybe I should of let my house flood and sent you the bill !!!!!!!!!!! We are now nearly 3 days later and no one has come ! I needed you 3 days ago !!!!!!!!! What a crap company ! May just stop paying you

Anglian water network technician Adam B…

Anglian water network technician Adam B was very helpful. He attend to my home as soon as I reported issues with water flow. He worked together with private plumber and managed to get my taps fitted and water flowing much better.. thank you for the great service.

The best customer service I have ever received

Today, I called aglian water, I was behind on my bill, as I assume many of us are at this moment in time, I spoke to THE most helpful and professional caller agent named Patrick at around 1pm. Not only did he help me set up a payment plan, but he also lowered my bill (no small feat I could imagine!) he was polite, efficient and an absolute credit to your company. I had been stressing out, unable to see how I could deal with this issue, he calmed me down and helped me decided on an excellent plan that fulfilled my needs as a customer. I couldn't be happier! I hope he receives this feedback, and continues with the wonderful work he is doing!! thank you so much patrick you are an absolute star!!

Reported a leak from water meter on…

Reported a leak from water meter on Monday reported it to a lovely team I spoke to on 3 separate occasions unfortunately due to a system error they could not report to water meter team till today Wed but once that was fixed they were very efficient in calling me and a lovely plumber came out fixed the problem straight away. So if it was not for the delay in getting back to me they would of got 5 stars

Very poor service - No show / low pressure

Very poor service: Currently they can only supply me with 0.8bar water pressure, resulting in my boiler failing as it requires at least 1 bar. They were booked out yesterday to execute the work but after ringing all day chasing, them no one turned up. Every phone call they kept telling me they it will be completed today (30/11). Called again this morning (01/12) and now been informed the job is cancelled as its not high priority. Sorry Anglia water heating my home with children in December is a hight priority to me. Who will pay for my new boiler when it fails the last time because of lack of water pressure!

Passed my details to Homeserve, now receiving constant marketing letters

This company passed my details on to Homeserve when I first became their customer. I contacted Anglian Water in June 2019 and told them I did NOT want to receive the constant marketing junk mail Homeserve kept sending me on their behalf and was assured this would stop. A year and a half later, I'm still receiving unwanted and unrequested marketing letters from Homeserve.

Bunch of crooks happy to pollute the…

Bunch of crooks happy to pollute the planet with reams of worthless hot air about how much they care but in reality they couldn't give a damn once they have fleeced us. I made enquiries about the "Extra Care Assessment" and received good communications. As soon as I agreed to being signed up to it they promptly disappeared and weeks later despite at least three prompts I haven't heard anything from them again. They dont have any fit and proper complaints process amongst the reams of hot air gibberish on the website and they just couldnt give a damn quite clearly. Foolishly I paid my bill up front or they wouldnt get another penny out of me. They certainly know how to treat a captive audience of victims the scam cowboy outfit. - I then complained to head office and within hours an apparent reply to my email of weeks ago suggested I use chat or call to ghet meter installed. I did use chat, that too didnt work as they couldnt access accounts due to system being down!! Clearly not spending much of the fat cat cash on the systems then.

Terrible service reported a bad leak on…

Terrible service reported a bad leak on a business premises waited 4 days for it to be inspected then the inspector said I would receive a call to renew the meter and the job would be done in 48 hrs 10 days later nothing happened so I rang again to be told it went to the wrong dept and would have to be re inspected so they said I would receive a call the following afternoon to re arrange another diagnosis waited in all afternoon and no phone call now waiting for a call sometime in the future god knows when they are a bunch of amateurs terrible service....meanwhile water is still leaking away.

Parked their can illegally on private…

Parked their can illegally on private property with signs clearly stating that they would get a fine. Contacted customer 'care' who just fobbed me off Total disregard for people. But on the bright side £300 of fine coming their way Just a note on Anglican waters reply it took them over 4 hours of me continually contacting to get the van moved and had been illegally parked the two previous days in the same spot so their 'quick to resolve' comments are an absolute joke Anglican water did not take my complaint seriously and were very rude to throughout the process
