Terrible service reported a bad leak on a business premises waited 4 days for it to be inspected then the inspector said I would receive a call to renew the meter and the job would be done in 48 hrs 10 days later nothing happened so I rang again to be told it went to the wrong dept and would have to be re inspected so they said I would receive a call the following afternoon to re arrange another diagnosis waited in all afternoon and no phone call now waiting for a call sometime in the future god knows when they are a bunch of amateurs terrible service....meanwhile water is still leaking away.
