At first I found it tricky to navigate the app but once it was done it was very efficient.

It was really difficult to transfer money from my bank account. Wise kept saying it was my Bank, but my Bank couldn’t find any problems.

Absolutely terrible experience with Wise. I used my account for 4 years to receive legitimate client payments from the USA, with valid invoices and proof of income. Yet Wise suddenly closed my accoun... See more
Heaps to love about the wise card main points when booking tour overseas it asks you for confirmation via the app. The other is transfer between mates with wise, if you have gone to dinner and split the bill you just transfer the currency your using, no stuffing around. Also just got my daughter a card as well that under my control
I would also respectfully request that fraud report #228231 be escalated for another review and that every available recovery option for the remaining two transfers be exhausted before the case is closed. This is not a situation involving three separate purchases or unrelated payments. It was one EUR 801 fraudulent purchase that the scammer instructed me to pay in three installments. I am very concerned that only one transfer was refunded because all three transfers were part of exactly the same scam and the same transaction. I agreed to purchase six concert tickets for a total of EUR 801. The seller instructed me to divide that payment into three Wise transfers. Two were sent to one recipient, and the third was sent to a second recipient only because the seller specifically instructed me to send the remaining amount to that person's account. All three payments were made as part of the same conversation, for the same six tickets, on the same day. No tickets were ever delivered. I reported the scam to Wise only a few hours after making the transfers, provided screenshots documenting the entire transaction, and also submitted the police report that Wise requested. The evidence clearly connects all three transfers to the same fraudulent transaction. I understand that recovery is not guaranteed. However, I would like to understand why Wise was able to recover one of the three transfers but not the other two, when all three were indisputably part of the same scam. Could you please confirm whether recovery attempts were made for each of the three individual transfers and both recipients, and what the outcome was for each one? I believe it is very important that the case be reviewed on that basis. If Wise is unable to recover the remaining funds, please provide me with a written explanation of the outcome for each transfer and advise me of the process for formally escalating or appealing the decision. I can provide the full conversation, the police report again, or any additional evidence needed. Thank you for your assistance and for taking another look at this case.
I’ve had a great experience with Wise. The service is fast, reliable, and very easy to use. Transfers are straightforward, fees are transparent, and the app is simple and convenient. Everything has been smooth and professional so far. I would definitely recommend Wise to anyone looking for a reliable way to send and manage money internationally.
I am with my family from Sydney Australia in the middle of Banff Canada , card gone missing while window shopping. Theres no fund missing from what the wise app is telling us but we need a replacement card immediately as wise is the credit card we have carried with us on this holiday. The lady from wise told us they have to investigate and let us know in due course when a card is replace . My wife asked repeatedly for a digital replacement so we can continue with our trip. She said no , they have to do the investigation first before a solution can be offered. This customer service person gone away placed us on hold for three times and still don’t understand what predicament we are in . We have no way to buy food or medicine or anything for that matter! Totally incompetent!
If I could give this bank minus one start I would. The bank requested additional documents to complete a transfer. The requested documents were provided. The bank requested further documents that were provided. The requested yet more documents. In the meantime the bank cancelled the transfer. I asked for someone at the bank to call me, no one ever called me. Worst bank ever!!!!!
As always accurate, fast and reliable. Always use and recommend Wise.
everything went smooth and fast.
Easy peasy managing the different currencies with always the best rates
Fast delivery
I don’t know how I can contact some one of the wide organization to have a support.
Always brilliant service, so easy to use and super fast.
Es terrible, los fees son altísimos para Colombia, nada recomendado de usar, los rates son malos y los fees más altos que un banco tradicional.
Just so easy to use great app

Wise (formerly TransferWise) is a London-headquartered financial technology company that moves money across borders. It was founded in 2011 by Kristo Käärmann and Taavet Hinrikus, renamed from TransferWise to Wise in 2021, and is listed on the London Stock Exchange. Wise's core pitch is that it converts currency at the mid-market exchange rate, the rate you see on a search engine, and charges a separate, disclosed fee rather than marking up the rate. Beyond one-off international transfers, it offers a multi-currency account that can hold and convert dozens of currencies, local account details in several countries for receiving payments, a debit card for spending abroad, and Wise Business accounts for invoicing, paying suppliers and running payroll internationally. Wise operates as a regulated money services business: in the UK it is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority, and in the US it is registered with FinCEN and licensed at the state level. Like any payments provider, it can ask customers to complete identity verification and may hold or review transfers that trigger compliance checks, which is a common theme in customer feedback. Fees, rates, supported currencies and transfer times vary by route and change over time.
