I would also respectfully request that fraud report #228231 be escalated for another review and that every available recovery option for the remaining two transfers be exhausted before the case is closed. This is not a situation involving three separate purchases or unrelated payments. It was one EUR 801 fraudulent purchase that the scammer instructed me to pay in three installments. I am very concerned that only one transfer was refunded because all three transfers were part of exactly the same scam and the same transaction. I agreed to purchase six concert tickets for a total of EUR 801. The seller instructed me to divide that payment into three Wise transfers. Two were sent to one recipient, and the third was sent to a second recipient only because the seller specifically instructed me to send the remaining amount to that person's account. All three payments were made as part of the same conversation, for the same six tickets, on the same day. No tickets were ever delivered. I reported the scam to Wise only a few hours after making the transfers, provided screenshots documenting the entire transaction, and also submitted the police report that Wise requested. The evidence clearly connects all three transfers to the same fraudulent transaction. I understand that recovery is not guaranteed. However, I would like to understand why Wise was able to recover one of the three transfers but not the other two, when all three were indisputably part of the same scam. Could you please confirm whether recovery attempts were made for each of the three individual transfers and both recipients, and what the outcome was for each one? I believe it is very important that the case be reviewed on that basis. If Wise is unable to recover the remaining funds, please provide me with a written explanation of the outcome for each transfer and advise me of the process for formally escalating or appealing the decision. I can provide the full conversation, the police report again, or any additional evidence needed. Thank you for your assistance and for taking another look at this case.
