I am with my family from Sydney Australia in the middle of Banff Canada , card gone missing while window shopping. Theres no fund missing from what the wise app is telling us but we need a replacement card immediately as wise is the credit card we have carried with us on this holiday. The lady from wise told us they have to investigate and let us know in due course when a card is replace . My wife asked repeatedly for a digital replacement so we can continue with our trip. She said no , they have to do the investigation first before a solution can be offered. This customer service person gone away placed us on hold for three times and still don’t understand what predicament we are in . We have no way to buy food or medicine or anything for that matter! Totally incompetent!
