Great and fast service. Very efficient

I’ve always found Wise to be very competitive on exchange rates and transparent when they advise of their costs. The website is now much easier to navigate and the transfer of funds to my nominated Bank is very quick and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending Wise to make quick, easy and seamless transactions.

Wise is great for sending money abroad from the UK. Their fees are much lower than high street banks, and you get the international exchange rate, so there's not much knocked off what you transfer. The money usually arrives the same day in an EU bank account, though it's not as fast ('instantaneous') as it used to be.

I have clue why my account wil be closed by 1.11.2026. I transfer money to family in Uganda, from my private account. No answer why you close my account... Would be nice to get an answer on this. I have a costumer for many years, and never had any problems. Now i have appealed., direct i get an replay that that you don;t get anny explanation why the account wil be closed... so unfriendly... so wierd.

Experience couldn’t have been any worse. They asked for all kinds of unnecessary documents for a small a small test transfer. Even though I provided everything two days before the deadline, they still cancelled the transfer. And then they refunded my money in a way that caused 10% (!!!!) fees on the amount by my bank.

Brillant. Quick efficient and easy to use. I would recommend them to anyone.
