Transferred £1000 into Wise from my building society account. Attempted to move the 1000 to a separate payee and was almost immediately told my account was suspended , no explanation. So I cannot access anything except I have been offered access to a complaints procedure to question their decision. I need to provide the bank sort code and my account number but cannot look either of these up online and not having written these down I cannot proceed with my submission. Following tracks in the app to Service Centre Help only took me full circle to where I had been 10 minutes earlier. So I cannot proceed. Wonderfully imaginative software , not AI more YI what the hell is this. No notification of why I am suspended. My money could be returned in 3 to 90 days or may be never. Great work if you can get it. I cannot complete my complaint I just have to accept I am in the hands of a first class bank and a honest broker. Will be happy to be out of here as soon as I get my money back.

I have one debet Wise card and I was using it to draw PLN from ATM in Gdansk (Poland).Yesterday I trided this operation with several ATMs and got a refusal. Pls explain what happened and restore the possibility to draw PLN from ATMs in Poland.

Interactions with Wise are easy and fast, if the accounts are known. Moving money from/to a nes account sometimes entails days long delays.

So trash service, they closed my all 3 accounts without any reason at all, It took me 1 full month to setup accounts and fulfill their requirements, Now they are not even telling me anything or helping at all.

We tried to open an account as a legitimate company, we were unable to pass an official Belgian ID card. You spend hours talking to bots, answers are off why things get bogged down, you need to guess the whole time, there is no feedback and suddenly without any word they cancel the onboarding. We were looking for an alternative to Revolut because of the same type of communication style. Wise is even worse.
