West Shore Home Reviews

Our job was a little complicated and did take 2 days to complete but we were aware of the time frame and were completely fine with it. This job was done by three very professional and courteous workers. We give a big shoutout to Logan, Justin and Kristina. They answered all our questions and were on time and worked continuously all day. Would recommend these workers and Company with *****

Love my walkin shower in my master bathrrom and love the new tub in the other bathroom. It all started out with my Design Consultant Dalton Hanscom. The guys that did a very professional job of installing and doing a great job; Ricky Rodriguez, Will Pickett and Cam Eaves what a great team it was done in less than a day. They deserve a bonus for the great day and hard work they have done.

First your salesman was friendly, honest, helps us at all times, Second the company make my appointment on time, third your teamwork clean, they were respect at all times. The job finish on time. Overall great job. Thanks.

I had an appointment with Westshore Homes for an initial quote for my master bathroom shower remodel, and spent over two hours with the designer going over all the details of what we would like to have etc. We were supposed to have a second appointment to complete the final finishes so we could finalize the contract and book a date to get the remodel started and I never heard back from the designer that was assigned to me again. I had made a few calls to Westshore and they said they were going to reach out not only to him but to his manger and I never heard from anyone. I tried myself to call the designer assigned to me with no avail. To me if this is the kind of service Westshore does I would not even want to spend my money on them as they are not the most cost efficient remodel service. I had originally chosen them because I had seen there ad on tv plenty of times and they seem to look like they did excellent work, but now I know there customer service and service in general is awful. I would never recommend them to anyone especially if you are going to spend close to $14,000 or more with them. They really need to work on this or they will loose very good clients.

Davis Moore came to my house showed us the product, and demonstrate it his presentation was great Their was no sales pressure to buy, was given time to think, and decide what to do. Thanks Davis Moore

Very satisfied. They give you all options to what you are looking for. Answer all your questions. Very professional and polite. the price they give you is the price you pay no extra charges. Brandon and Chris did a great job!

Jon H, Brett L , Alex P, and Andrew P. were all great! On time, very courteous and let me know what was going on throughout the process. Bathroom was cleaner when they left than when they came!! Lol!! The mess they made they took with them when they left! My only disappointment is I have to wait 24 hours to use my beautiful new shower!!

Ben Tillman and Nick Calwell did an excellant job installing my new windows. Very professional and explained the operation od the windows and how to go online and fill out warrenty registration. thanks for the great job Ben and Nick

Can't believe the good reviews outweigh the bad. They must be spending a ton on online reputation management, fake reviews, or people just not speaking up. Spent entirely too much money for entirely too mediocre of a product. The team members are very pleasant to deal with, but they sort of have to since that's basically the only redeeming feature of this company, with the exception of our salesman Mitch E., who claims he isn't in the business of selling something to someone they don't want. I basically had to tell him to get lost after repeatedly insisting we wouldn't be disappointed with what we were getting. They had to come back again and completely rip out the extremely shoddy and careless shower install, and replace with a much more carefully manicured shoddy (but in all fairness, less careless) shower install. This was after multiple attempts were made to fire the company, they will ignore you and continue to push their services. As a goodwill measure for such a horrible experience, they offered to mud in the drywall for the wall they built, that apparently Mitch, who is very careful with his wording, was just going to leave unfinished. After several visits, the drywall is finally what i would call 'acceptable'. If you want to pay real money for a bunch of flimsy plastic over a flimsy shower basin, then go ahead, give them a call, they'll fix you up nice, and make you much poorer in the process.

Great job by Will R. and Bradley L.. We cant wait to use it.

West Shore Home did a fantastic job did fantastic work and extremely friendly. I love love our shower Everyone was so fr Brad Wetherell Alyssa Casalapro Josh Watts Eva Mortimer Excellent employees. They deserve a bonus for the awesome work they do

Sean G & Henry E. transformed my Bathtub/shower into a beautiful walk-in shower. Upon arrival they introduced themselves and informed me as to what they would be doing through the job even told me I could take pictures anytime I wanted to, or even ask questions. Sean & Henry were very professional, very pleased with the job they completed. Did a great job in cleaning up before they left. I give Sean G & Henry E both five stars. ***** I would also like to thank my Design Consultant, Jack C Brutkiewicz, Jr for working with me on the design of my new shower, five stars for Jack as well *****

ABYSMAL – West Shore Home can’t do anything right. I had ordered 2 sliders and a front door. It took them 7 visits over 8 months to install them correctly once installation was possible. Issues included but not limited to installing/causing broken hurricane glass and frames of hurricane rated sliders (wasn’t sure that was even possible with how solid they are built), leaving the property unsecured for days, turning up without the correct parts after confirming they had them beforehand (including one occasion no parts at all), installing door before even aligning it causing it catch on frame, missing handles or wrong color, and didn’t offer any compensation for all these issues. Never use them, always blaming others. Don't want to rate even one star

We had a walk in shower install by Nico C. and Clay C. on 5/18 2023. My husband is disabled and has special needs for this shower install. Nico and Clay listened and make sure all the plans that our salesman Daniel had set for a safe and beautiful walk in shower. We are so pleased and know we had the best company do the job. I will recommend WestShoreHome to all our friends. Thank You, I'm sure you just increased the value of our home.

Today we had a conversion from a bath tub to a shower. The installers Justin D and Trever C performed excellent work. They cleaned up after the job was done very well. And was very pleasant. They took the time to thoroughly explain the workings of the new shower. In conclusion we will highly recommend Whest Shore Home for their excellent work.

They were supposed to do my install today. I rearranged my schedule to be home. 8am got called their installer called off. Im loosing out on work time. They left me waiting. That is very inconsiderate, unprofessional customer service. Tuesday may 2nd.

My third project was my walk-in shower which Nick and Chris did an awesome job. They had it installed in the one-day time frame as promised. All my questions were answered along with them helping me of where to put the shelves in the corners of the shower. I am so excited of how much room I have in my walk-in shower and no longer will hit my toe. Thank you, guys, so much for a job well done. Once again, I would highly recommend West Shore Home for your shower project. Thank you, West Shore Home, for a very pleasant experience with your staff and installers.

Mike J. and Mike D. did a great job on my windows and cleaning up after themselves. Thank you

An excellent job done by two very professional workers. Grant and Cody P were on time, both very professional, courteous and polite workers who finished in a very timely manner and cleaned up completely after the project was completed. They explained the care needed to maintain the appearance of our newly installed tub and shower. Date of our experience was April 19, 2023.

A professional young man named Darrell came on time to my house and added a shower caddy . It looks great. The shower installation was done several weeks and that came out so nice I enjoyed the whole experience with west shore home. I now feel safe when I shower with the super strong grab bars and my solid teak seat. It’s a pleasure. Thank-you so much!!!!! Thank you Darrell. April 17,2023.
