I wanted to write a review to give a big shout out to Ryan MacCallum. I have had a few properties fall through and have used My Home Move Conveyancing each time. Today Ryan MacCallum transferred a file so efficiently and made the process so simple and easy to the point within an hour I was working through my checklist. Absolute amazing experience. He was so kind and patient and was open to answering any and all questions that I had. Brilliant service and would recommend to anyone. And a huge thank you to Ryan for today. :-)

I used My Home Move Conveyancing and was overall very happy with the service. I was promised a £100 Amazon gift card referral bonus as well as the person being referred member betting £100+VAT off. So I recommended you to some family who went on to use the service for their home conveyancing. All during the process was given lots of excuses about the delay getting the referral bonus and even after completion was told that the bonus was coming. However, it was never received for me nor the person who got referred. It a complete scam and failed promise. What seemed like a great service was completely let down by false referral promises. Edit: at least give me an option to get in touch privately to give you the information you need. I was robbed out of a promised referal during the period that it was offered. I have chased it numerous times with zero response. I would be happy to adjust my review based on the rest of the service if my promised referral is made good.

A very pushy sales person, who had already concluded that I had accepted the offer before I had time to read it (sent during the telephone conversation. Then sent numerous emails, despite me confirming that I had gone with another provider. If there is any more, then I will block their address.

Too many hidden costs. When I was quoted a price that should have been the final price but when I looked at the T&Cs it states that I may have to pay additional costs which could go to astronomical levels. Ensure you read the T&C before signing.

I’ve been using this firm for a conveyancing transaction, and I truly cannot recommend them enough. They got in touch with a quote very promptly and offered lots of advice and guidance throughout the welcome process. The online portal is brilliant- it’s intuitive, easy to use and you can log on and see exactly how your case is progressing. It also gets in touch when there’s an action for you (like a letter to read or form to complete). You can message your solicitor directly through the portal and I got a case update so fast! I have recommended this company to a colleague and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Thank you so much to all of the team, you’ve been outstanding :)
