Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.
I don't have much experience with their high street teams, but been dealing with their maintenance teams over the past few years and they've been great, super responsive and helpful. Want to call out Siobhan Jackson (maintenance specialist) in particular.

Her determination and persistence were exactly what we needed. Even when things got really tense, she stayed calm, professional, and reassuring—keeping us in the loop with clear, honest updates and giving us the confidence that she was fighting our corner.

I rent out a flat in the New Cross area through Dexters - have found the property management team to be very good - Charlotte the team manager is very responsive and helps to get tenant and maintenance issues addressed quickly.
At times have difficulty with getting plans moving with the property management team but Sherina Downes and Saffron were very helpful in fixing our bed! They were attentive and answered emails. Please have more of your staff like them!
Rebecca was very helpful we had a couple of serious issues and she managed to get everything fixed in very short timeframe and without any delays. She also very kind.
