Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.

Lottie at Dexters Estate Agents was a total lifesaver during our sale. We went through an incredibly frustrating and stressful journey of exchange and completion that seemed to go from bad to worse at every turn—but Lottie never gave up for a second and was totally in the ball. She was firmly on our side throughout, constantly chasing all the other parties, smoothing over issues, and pushing things forward when everyone else seemed to stall. Her determination and persistence were exactly what we needed. Even when things got really tense, she stayed calm, professional, and reassuring—keeping us in the loop with clear, honest updates and giving us the confidence that she was fighting our corner. It’s rare to find an estate agent so committed, tenacious, and genuinely caring about her clients. I honestly don’t know how we would have made it through without her. I rent out a flat in the New Cross area through Dexters - have found the property management team to be very good - Charlotte the team manager is very responsive and helps to get tenant and maintenance issues addressed quickly.

Cerrone Downer took complete control of matters when my neighbour reported a leak from my flat. She responded to emails promptly and kept me updated on the repairs.
