I made a purchase online and proceeded to close the browser prior to receiving a confirmation so I did it again. The next day, a very friendly gentleman call me to confirm my order of one, not two!
Service was extremely slow for an item where we paid for next-day air shipping it took nearly two weeks to receive the item. Promises of returned calls to provide a status update on delivery were never fulfilled. We will not be using this company again.
i ordered some needed parts with three weeks of leadtime for a project i was hired to do. not sure why it took US Water more than a week to prepare my order for shipment. they sent an email with a tracking number and thought that was it. it was due to arrive with plenty of time. order arrived incomplete. called USWater and they said half of my order was on backorder and was being drop shipped from the manufacturer. i asked them to check on the estimated delivery from manufacturer and they never got back to me. I ended up calling the manufacturer myself, found the order in their system, came up with an acceptable solution and ended up DRIVING to the manufacturer factory over 1.5 hours away from my home to will call the items. very disappointing that i had to solve my own problem without USWater help.

I love the products, but the website is a bit to navigate. I was looking for replacement filters for a system I bought about a year ago and their webpage filters weren't helping. I called in and the representative did not seem very confident or knowing, so I pretty much figured it out myself while on their website and on the phone with him... and the rep confirmed. We have bad well water and I love the USA made under the counter high pressure system we purchased, even a year later it works great with no flaws!

I ordered an Aquapurion RO and few more items on 11/15/15. I had to call to check for the status of my orders on 11/24/15 because I did not receive any email from the US water about the shipping. I then received my order on 11/40/15 with 3 missing items. I have spoke to them 4 times, & also emailed them 2 times, but The missing problem not solved yet.
I ordered a OR filter pack on 11/14/15. On 11/20/15 called spoke a Rep. he said my order will take 4-9 business day to ship. I estimated due to the Thanksgiving Holiday perhaps I will received today 11/30/15. When I called today 12/1/15 I was told by another Rep. she said my order was on back order and it will ship today. Unbelievable!!! no one from US water system send me a email or call to inform me of the status of my order. The Rep. seem to implied that I should be happy it will go out today as she puts it. Really after waiting for 11 business day and I paid $9.99 for shipping, and this is the kind of service I get? I am very unsatisfied with your business practice. I won't recommend your company to anyone.
THE ORDER WAS REECIEVED ON TIME AND WAS IN GOOD CONDITION.. US WTER SYSTEMS HAS BEEN A OOD SUPPLIER FOR ME FOR AT LEAST 5 YEARS. THANKS US WATERS!!
My honest experience has yet to be fully determined. Hopefully the delay in order fulfillment and spotty communication on order status will be over shadowed by a quality product if/when it arrives. On 11/11, I placed and order and received an order number for a water softener. In the next few days I received 3 marketing emails unrelated to the purchase. On 11/16 I received an order status email that the order is in the process of being fulfilled. On 11/19 I decided to call and get an update on shipment. The lady that answered said she would need to reach out to the other party shipping from the "drop shipper" and a supervisor would call me the same afternoon. I never got this call back. 11/23 - I call US water softener in the morning, a gentlemen answered and said he would look into it and get back with me by the afternoon. Same afternoon a lady called from US and said the order would ship this week, and I would be notified. Still waiting on this confirmation when the survey email arrived.
Although US Water does carry excellent products, I can't say that my experience in trying to purchase them was easy. After several attempts at ordering replacement R.O. filters from their website failed due to the website failing to recognize my password and no response to several email requests for password confirmation or reset, I resorted to calling in my order. The phone ordering went more smoothly, and my credit card was billed immediately. However, I am still waiting for delivery. After waiting more than 10 days without receiving a shipping confirmation, I called to inquire, only to find out that one of the filters was backordered. I was told that they had just arrived, my package should be shipped soon, and I would receive an email notice as soon as it ships. That was Friday. It is now late Tuesday and I still have not received a shipping notice. The products may be good, but customer service is extremely poor.
The product and service from US Water Systems has been outstanding. The 100% USA made RO water system was exactly what I was looking for and I applaud this company for offering such a system. Unfortunately, I was shipped the wrong faucet, but Mark was quick to act upon my request and shipped the proper faucet the next day. The 100% USA made RO water system was installed DIY and has been working perfectly. US Water Systems has gained my loyalty as a customer.
I placed an order for a 5-Stage USA Made Standard Reverse Osmosis Filter Pack order no. 100047009. I only received the 35 gpd membrane. Could you please check your records and let me know when I will receive the remainder of my order. To date I have not received a response from U S Water Systems.

Ordered system which was listed as "In Stock." Credit card charged 2 days later. After 8 days, contacted merchant to check on status. Told order had not shipped. Directed agent to cancel order. Received email of cancellation notice. Several days later received UPS notice of order shipment. Contacted merchant to recall. Despite all this, items were still delivered to my house.
Very easy install, instructions are very well done. Make sure you go to your local hardware store and buy some oring grease, what is supplied with system is not enough for everything it is needed for.
I ordered 2 cu ft of Katalox Lite and 25 Pounds of gravel to replace the resin that was in my existing Iron Filter. The system that I had installed three years ago was a Terminox ISM, 10 x 52 tank with 2 cu ft of Teminiox Resin which is a Budget Water Inc proprietary product. My home was a shallow well serviced with a 1.5 HP jet pump that delivers a flow rate of 24 gpm at 50 psi just past the pressure tank. My water has a hardness of 10 grains and iron content of 5.5 ppm. Budget water recommended the system based upon their water test and the water flow rate data. The system required once a day backwashing of 15 minutes. (even though my water usage was at most 200 gallons a day) The media tank had no gravel--but had what is called a VORTEC system which is designed to better lift the media for backwashing and hence nor requiring gravel. The system reduced iron to zero for over two years--then started to let some iron through. I tried various things based on Budget Water consult but the system continued to let some iron through----the water coming through had just over 1 ppm sometimes as high as 2ppm. Budget water said that the media should last well over 10 years and was ascribing the failure to everything and anything except their product and system SO I decided to try something different. I took apart the system and emptied the resin tank---the resin was caked up very bad inside the tank making it difficult for me to remove----it appears that the resin must not have been lifting and backwashing properly---could be the resin itself--or pehaps the Votec having no gravel bed------it certainly was not water flow---the well puts out 24gpm---passes through a 50 micron sediment filter then into the iron filter--which has a backwash valve that allows a 12gpm backwash flow rate---there is no evidence of iron bacteria or any other matter that might clog the system I received the gravel and Katalox about 4 days after I ordered it-----I relaced the Terminox media with the gravel and Katalox------filled the tank then ran two backwashes------tested the water-----iron content was ZERO---and has stayed at zero for the last two weeks. I set the Autotrol 740 with Logix control to backwash for 15 minutes every second day----I set it to two days because all the references said two day backwash was sufficient---an because my iron content of only 5ppm is miniscule compared to the advertised capability of Katalox media. Because Katalox is a lighter media and because I am using both the Votrtec and gravel---I feel confident that I am getting good media rise/expansion when the system goes into backwash and hopefully will avoid the problem I had with the Terminox Media. Any Input or Advice from you would be appreciated
