Ordered a water test kit and paid for 3 day shipping. I filed a complaint and was finally told you were waiting for shipment from manufacture. Was told my payment for 3 day shipping would be refunded but was charged again when item was shipped. I still have not received my test kit.
I have owned RO systems for the last 30 years. The first was from a national water quality company. The second one was very similar to the first but was from a big box box lumber store. I kept filters changed regularly and they both lasted many years. The USWater model I just installed with the Permeate Pump is light years better. My units were always installed in the basement. This means the tank pressure would need to push the water further to the faucet and ice maker. Water pressure was just okay when the tank was full but would be less as water is used. This new USWater 5 stage with the Permeate Pump is just amazing. The water pressure is great until the tank is almost empty. Thank you for a great product.
Installed a new us water system RO system July of 2015. System began to stop making water in January of 2016. I went threw the sanitize procedure and replaced the filters.(except the RO filter) I had purchased replacement filters at the same time I bought the RO system. After less than a month the unit stopped making water. After talking to your support team, they thought that I had a plug in my system and should flush and replace the filers. I got on your web site and tried many times to order the filters using the part number on the original order. I placed an order hoping to was right. After 9 working days I received the filters and as expected, wrong filters. The new filters are to arrive tomorrow ( March 15 ) i hope this works, so we can stop hauling water from the grocery store. Our last house a owned a culligan RO system and I would have to change the filters every 18 to 24 months. I'm concerned that your system need to be served more often. Thank you for the opportunity to voice my concerns.
I have been buying nitrate filters at us water systems for two years. upon having my filtered tap water tested with the State of Michigan the results have revealed no nitrate particulates. I receive my filters with in 2-3 days, Great!!!
I call to inquire about purchasing a whole house system. The tech was very adamant that I purchase a water test kit. I explained that I wanted a system that would completely clean the city water because we live on the main line. It is consistently going down for repairs - we have boil advisories all the time and we miss most of the notices. The issues - the teck would not discuss system until I have the water tested. Even though, I continued to explain what my objective was. So now I purchased a test kit. and guess what, I will purchase the system that I still want.
When I received my product I did not recieve part of it called customer service and they took care of the problem . I purchased the aquapurion 5 stage the unit is great plenty of water and customer service was excellent
Bought several big blue filter housing and expensive bone char filters. The filters would not properly fit. Right away they researched the problem and have taken care of everything. Customer service & Tech support is top notch. These guys know what they are doing.
They shipped my order common carrier instead of UPS. Large truck not able to get into gated community. They resolved it, had my order deliver by a smaller truck. Overall a very good to deal on phone.

Filters are same ones I received with installation of unit. I did not like the inexpensive copies available at the home supply stores and the filters are less expensive than what was offered from *mazon (offered from same manufacturer).I purchased a 6 pack. I received them within 5 days of placing the order online.

I had replacement filters ready for checkout on Amazon Prime and decided to do a final google search and found US Water Systems. Comparable price with 5-8 day free shipping so I decided to order from US. Over two weeks later I got an email asking how I liked my new water filters that I have yet to receive. I called support and was told the filters were backordered and could be 2+ more weeks. It would have been nice if the website reflected the product as "out of stock." I'll be sure to stick with Amazon next time around.
The problem I had was the filters were ordered on 2/8, not shipped until 2/22 and finally received on 2/26. Amazingly enough, they were shipped the day I happened to send an email inquiry. Really it takes 2 weeks to ship a product??? I had to cancel appointments twice for installing for the client. Normally I have had great service, possibly this one fell thru the cracks.
They sent the wrong parts, they refused to pay return shipping, tried to blame me, overall really bad company.
we ordered a system 4 weeks ago and we are still waiting for all the parts to arrive. One part arrived broken. Another part never arrived. We requested that the part that had been sent to someone else instead of us, be overnighted to us. That was over a week ago. I hope the lack of quality in shipping in a timely fashion is not a precursor of the quality of the system.
