good product.....if I can find anyone to replace the filters locally. Why sell product in are where no one services your product!

I've got really bad water coming out of my well. US Water helped me design a system to treat it. Over the years, they have helped me with little problem that have crept up or questions that have arisen.

I purchased a Tomlinson RO faucet at a much better price than the installer was offering. I selected the 4-9 day shipping option. After a week I called customer service and was told that because I had selected the economy shipping, they had 9 days to ship my order. After 12 days, and no word on the status of my order, I called customer service again, but reached voice mail. I left a message and never received a call back, but did receive notification later that day that my order was being shipped. After 13 days I received the faucet. The order was coming from central Indiana and I live in northern Indiana. I could have walked there and picked up the order faster than the 12 days for processing. The delay pushed back my RO installation by two weeks.

Easy instructions and installation. One part was missing with the order, but was air overnighted to me. Very satisfied with quality and operation of my new water system.

I searched online for water systems and came across US Water Systems Inc. Am I glad I did! Used them to run an analysis of our well water so I would know the water system I needed. As part of that purchase, I also received a whole house filtration system . I use this company to buy my filters for the filtration system. Each filter lasts us about a year and you can definitely tell whenever we need a new filter....water starts to stink. However, no smell at all with new filter!!!

I placed order and received confirmation that purchase would ship within a few days, but this didn't happen. Tried to find out when I would receive filters, but got answer too late for my customer. Had to purchase from another company that shipped out the same day. These are just sitting on my shelf now.

Their products are the best. I have used osmosis systems for a long time. Their product is very durable and replacement parts are marked with a fair price. 5 stars

The system works great. The customer service representatives answered all questions fully and responded quickly to minor issues that we due mostly to the shipper.

This system was much easier to install than I expected. I gave 4 stars because the silicone gel was not included and the instruction booklet was poorly written and contained many missing words. I suggest you hire an English major to rewrite your instruction booklets. I was very happy with the support. I called twice to get information about which system to purchase and the people I spoke with were very knowledgeable and helpful.

We received the filter faster than we had expected. The price was the best price I found on the internet and locally. We will definitely be buying more filters from US Water Systems Inc.

i never got a shipping confirmation and when i emailed the company to find out any information about this 5 stage R/O system i bought no one got back in touch with me. its been 2 weeks and the only thing ive got from them is an order confirmation and this review request. UPDATE. The R/O system finally arrived 23 days later and all the parts are not in the shipment. The faucet was not included. Guess I'm still waiting!

Until the order is completed I cannot rate higher. When website error sent me a discount coupon of 5 % off, they honored that, but sent only half of the order. They faucet they sent fits perfectly and seems of high quality, but until I can install the heating tank I have no way to adequately rate this system. With the tank installed and all parts working as they are supposed to I raised my rating from 2 to 5 star. A nice system. Thank you.

Order was immediately acknowledged, however nothing was received about shipment. 1st call I was told would have to check with whse and would call back. No call within about 30 hrs, so called a second time. Was told of vendor problems and that hopefully shipment would be made in about a week. Received partial shipment within a couple of days, but still waiting for remainder.
