I had a great experience with this order. Their techs were patient and knowledgeable as I had a lot of questions to make sure the water softener and RO system I was purchasing were correct for my needs. I finally ordered and then didn't hear anything from them on the water softener shipment for 2 weeks after paying. I contacted them twice for an order status and ETA estimate for the water softener. They finally did ship and I hope the customer service I experience in the future will be better. I'd give them another shot, but I do think they could have done much better regarding setting expectations for delivery of the water softener.

I ordered a new set of filters and a membrane for my under counter reverse osmosis unit. I was pleased with the price of the new filter set and also with the quality and the quick delivery. I will definitely be ordering more filters in the future.

I had a great experience with the rep who chatted with me on the computer. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the product. I was able to secure an excellent price and it was shipped free. It arrived in great time and was packaged well. I have not put it in yet because I have not had the time, but I look forward to it.

I loved the sale of carbon filter countertop model. I was so excited that I got an extra one for my mom's house. Both of us just are ecstatic for the clean tasting wateree now drink. A 1000 thank you to your company! God bless!

The company has a decent product line with fair pricing, but the have new help that just don't know the product line or have the expertise for problem solving. They are going in reverse from times past.

alarm for low uv on about 80% of the time. Replaced uv sensor no improvement, replaced quartz tube, no improvement, Replaced light, no improvement, Replaced control -again no improvement. US Water said water is bad- sent them a sample- report came back ( PURE AS THE SNOW ) Right now showing 37% with the alarm loud as ever. you tell me where to go now 10 gpm axial flow vertical install 2 person home low water usage

US Water Systems was great. Shipment was received as stated. No issues. The pesticide chemical received for the irrigation system however has such a strong horrible smell to it that I would not recommend it to anyone where the tank is inside the house. I purchased 2 gallons and have used only 1/2 a gallon at this point and will not be using any more further due to the awful smell.

I ordered a OR system, and I have been able to do the install myself. I did get a little help by the tech team. And they where very helpful, and more than willing to help me with any other question I may have. I would buy for them again. And I did get the all "America System" go "US"!!!!!

Why should it take four days from order to shipment? Promptness is a measure of customer service. Your instructions are poorly done. The print quality is bad, making them difficult to interpret and important information is missing, such as which end of the RO filter goes into the housing first. Lastly, my unit had all the filters included inside the housings except the RO Membrane. Had I not ordered an additional set of filters my unit would be totally unusable until I went back through the order process again. Attention to detail IS CUSTOMER SREVICE!

I have had several RO water systems, but the American Revolution 5 stage RO system is the best one I have ever used by far. Highly recommend that system and this company.

WE LOVE OUR NEW WATER FILTRATION SYSTEM! We had a system installed a couple of years ago but did not feel like it was doing what we wanted which was to take out the chlorine and fluoride along with the rest of the stuff in our water. We did a lot of research and decided to bite the bullet, pay a little more money and get the system we thought would do the job. We got the best u.s. systems had to offer. When it first arrived we were a little intimidated. The instructions suggested we double check the contents to make sure we got everything. But it did not come with a list of what was supposed to come with it. We got a total of 9 boxes but didn't have a breakdown of what was supposed to be in them. As I began to put the system together, I could not figure out what went into each tank (our system has two). It was no problem though. A quick email to U.S. Water Systems and we found that the meterials that go into the tank had changed slightly but had not been updated in the instruction sheet yet. They were quick to apologize and give me the correct mixture. I was also missing a small plastic piece called the upper basket I think. Again, a quick email and Charlie with their technical support had me a piece in the mail in no time. I must have bothered him 10 times with different questions. He was always there with an answer and it was always helpful. We finally had a plumber come hook it all up. We followed the instructions to flush the system but after a day our water was tasting a little off. Once again I asked for suggestions and once again I got a detailed answer. Charlie suggested that I do a manual backwash a couple of times. And today we have clean clean water. It tastes like nothing. Exactly what we wanted. My super allergic and health conscious wife is super jazzed about having clean water in our house. So far we are really happy with our water system but time will tell if it's all we hoped for. However, we do know right now that the company that backs the product is for real. They know what it means to take care of a customer. Thank you Charlie and the entire team at U.S. Water Systems!

I ordered the Fusion NLT water softener online without knowing much about the company. I decided to order this product after asking some local plumbers and water treatment specialists in Utah for pricing on water softeners. With a lifetime warranty on the tanks and resin and a 10-year warranty on the control valve, along with highly efficient salt usage, it appeared that the Fusion NLT was the best product on the market. It costs more than the softeners you can buy at a local plumbing supply store, but I figured if I was going to install it myself I might as well do it right the first time. The product arrived about a week after I ordered it. It was easy to install--took me about 2 hours. The quality of the soft water is spot on and the Fusion NLT keeps track of every gallon of water it treats to calculate the precise amount of salt it needs to use to regenerate. Overall this is a very good system.

I purchased the Fusion NLT system about six months ago, and I could not be happier. The buying process was easy and staff helped to answer any questions. I am lucky to have a plumbing contractor as neighbor so modification of my existing copper pipes was cost effective. Installation of the system was easy, and the on-line video aided in the install. The system has been operating flawlessly, and we have been enjoying the soft water experience. It has surprised me how efficient the Fusion NLT system operates during salt regenerations. I would purchase this system again, and would recommend it to anyone that is interested in making the transition to soft water. Thank you US Water!

I was surprised at the quality of materials that were used to make the products. The online pictures represent a chrome or stainless resin tube but it is only a plastic cover. Everything about the product was plastic. The storage bin for the salt was a cheap version of a plastic trash can. I have a trash container that is actually better than the salt bin in received. I hope the $2,000 I spent on this plastic apparatus lasts and performs like they guarantee. The product also took weeks to get not what I was told when I ordered.
