I have a 10 year old RO system. I had replaced all of the filters but the system had never been sanitized. The kit came with everything needed. I watched their You Tube video which was quite helpful. Added a little air to the tank. The system works great. Water tastes great.

I have ordered numerous times from US Water Systems, Inc., and each time I am pleased with the service that I receive from the people with whom I query for info. They are always helpful, polite, patient, and knowledgeable. I have a couple of residential reverse osmosis systems (RO) and they are always patient with me with my numerous questions. They have an excellent selection of products, and if there is something that they don't have, they point me in the direction of a source for it. Hence, I am happy to reorder from them. Also, everything that I have ordered arrived really fast, and the orders have all been correct.

Honestly, i was quite disappointed with my experience with Mr. Torres. Not that it was his fault, just your system was less than user friendly. First, we had trouble even locating my purchases then at his request. I sent an email of the part I needed and your system couldn't view it. It was a simple email with a Jpeg photo attached. This is something that is the standard of the industry. The part I needed, I finally had to pull it out and find it was a SeaTech Valve. 1/2" stem to 1/4 OD tubing. I could not even locate it on your website and had to order elsewhere.

Had the products I needed, right prices, fast shipping. Could streamline check out process using PayPal but only a minor point

I had 2 in home demos, watched 8 videos and spent countless hours reading reviews by others on other whole house filter systems over a 3 week period. This was to be a $800 investment or thereabouts got 35 % off so under $700 and free shipping. In the end I went with American made with a company that provided a good warranty and outstanding tech.support ( which I used a lot after installation) they didn't give me any grief,attitude or tone of voice that I was bothering them. I wish a video was available, I wish I had a handle on how much installation I was going to do, but despite 6 hours ( i'm a little slow) of installing we did it and the Fusion system I bought works OUTSTANDING and noticeable within 24 hours. The computer is very ez to use and one regen cycle was done 5th. day and work well ! One thing if you ever do this system the bypass hose make clear and punch a small hole at base of garage next to system and let drain out.A life savior. Don't drain regen in garage.

Easy install, put it in the basement. Great tasting water and a quality product, I was impressed.

I received the order quickly after the order and was able to do install with out any issues.

Everything went well with my order. The only thing I did not like was when I opened the case of 801-5 filters they we not individually wrapped. These are for water purification and I think they should be better protected than just a taped up box.

Ordered a set of reverse osmosis filters and the top tube filter did not have a screw in port to allow two lines to be connected. It had two compression fittings, one on each end of the filtter for plastic tubing. Called your customer service...blah....blah...cost you more to return the wrong filter so ordered another. Guess what????????? $22.00 later this one has two screw in ports and no compression fitting on one end. Fantastic....I will go elsewhere for help. Want to impress me???? Send me my $27.00 back or one better...the correct filter.

The sales representatives were a bit impatient, maybe even pushy th get off my call. Also, it would help if instructions were included. I had to go to YouTube.
