Ordered softener resen to replace 20 year old resen bed. They had 10% resen. At best price. shipped on time. Have soft water again! Pretty boring hunh?

I'm happy to have a reliable system hooked up in our employee kitchen. The unit arrived in a timely fashion. Communication updates were helpful in arranging for the installation. We didn't want to cart bottled water in and this is a wonderful solution. We are located in Massachusetts and there was a minor difference in plumbing codes. But nothing that created any real installation problems. We're very pleased with the unit.

after shopping over the Internet I have found that the parts that I need for my water filtration system are bought on this site for a reasonable price versus other high prices . called tech-support and they help me right out . Shipping was on time and correctly… What more can you ask for?

Purchased the Big Blue Duel Filter setup and Brass Filter Gauge and Valve Kit. No issues with the filters housings, brackets and clearly spelled out in color install directions. Now the filter kit came assembled with Teflon tape. Even had Teflon tape wrapped for easy install. Had to make one adjustment(tightened) to keep the proper orientation of the valve. Once filled and pressurized I had drips on three connections of the valve kit. Tightened the fittings and still had leaks. Had to drain everything out and re-seal these connections. Only had like 2 wraps of tape. Re-wrapped the fittings and installed. Next day found another fitting with a small drip. Tried tightening did not fix. Had to drain the whole system again and re-seal. Not the end of the world but worth mentioning. I could of saved a few hr of playing, if the stuff was just left loose. They must of been out of the filter I ordered and substituted a more expensive filter($25) to get the order filled. Thanks Tyler!!!! Even though I had a slight issue. I will buy from them again and recommend the company.

U.S. Water Systems products are of good quality. There products are good priced and sent to me on time. My filter kit is made in U.S.A. That's an added plus for me. I will continue to order products from them. Thank You Dan Hart

Installation was straightforward and as advertised. Water quality is excellent. Had one faulty valve when delivered and US Water sent me another within two days without hesitation. Will buy another to put in my parents home.

We purchased two of the Fusion NLT Hybrid Professional-Grade Metered Water Softeners with Chlorine & Chloramine Removal. One was for my parents and the other for us. We had a prior General Ionics system which was about 25 years old and finally just wore out. The installation was very straight foreward and the online video's were a great pre-install tool to get to know how the system works as well as how to install it. We only had one issue when installing and that is the system was pre-set on Municipal water which bypassed the Backwash cycle during the first set up cycle for programming. One quick call to customer service and within less than 2 minutes we resolved the programming issue by switching it back to Well Water/Other to get through the first setup cycle. After that we just reset the water type back to Municipal and all has been working great since. I want to add when you call customer service you actually get a live person on the line everytime and we never had to wait for someone, they were on the line when you call, absolutely wonderful to deal with and fantastic support. We also purchased a Reverse Osmosis Five Stage system for our drinking water and just installed it as well. Again, very easy instructions to follow and the installation went well and after testing our water post the two tank drains after install we had a (009 ppm) reading. Water tastes great and Ice Cubes are clear. I also want to Note we had a couple missing parts on one of our softeners and on the RO system when shipped. After calling customer service, which was fantastic throughout the whole process, quickly replaced the missing parts and we had them in a couple days. We now are enjoying our soft, clean water both throughout the home of daily life as well as we also know we are drinking clean great tasting pure water from the RO system. Thank you US Water Systems for a wonderful experience from purchase, to installation, to post use. We will continue to do business with your company.
