I’ve been with US Mobile for over 3 years, and their customer service has always been top-notch. Today was no exception — Hassan Khalid helped me activate a new SIM card and fixed an issue I was having with sending texts and photos (I kept getting the dreaded blue wheel of death!). Everything was working fine and suddenly stopped a few days ago, but Hassan got it back up and running smoothly. Thanks again for the excellent support, Hassan!
US Mobile over the years has exceeded my expectations and is better than any of the MVNO prepaid providers out there, also with the latest international roaming features including having all the 3 main carriers in their line up with so many flexible and incredible plans in their line up why would some one choose any other expensive carriers - Google Fi and Mint Mobile I am looking at you all. Also their customer service has been very friendly and quickly responsive. On my latest chat with CSR Hazik Masood, he and the USM team once again exceeded my expectations. I will be sure to stick to USM for the foreseeable future and will be excited to see what all interesting innovation or disruptions they bring to the market. May be T-Mobile started the disruptions but have been MIA for a while now, and may be the crown now needs to go to USM.

I use US Mobile's chatline frequently. When I'm shopping for used, US-Mobile-compatible phones, I check the IMEI of every one of them for compatibility. That's a lot of interaction, and I wish there was a free app that to do that without going thru a chatline rep. But, all things considered, US Mobile provides polite and usually competent service when I need help. If the reps are busy, I might have to wait 10+ minutes to get a response to my last question. But compared to the new corporate standard for personal service -- viz. sending the caller thru a robot-driven windmill of options with NOBODY at the end of any of them -- US Mobile's provides fantastic support. Their reps all speak English well. Also, I like US Mobile's prices and I've gotten great phone service from them for years. So, YES, US Mobile's customer service deserves 5 stars.
I bought a Samsung 7 watch. Which they don't technically support but they helped me figure it out and get a plan for it anyway. They really went above and beyond.
Zayn was patient and knowledgeable as we tried multiple options to get my child's watch set up despite a disagreeable issue with a Visible esim. Very pleased with US Mobile's support and Zayn gets A+ marks from me.

I had a new sim card sent to me and before changing out the old sim I was worried about losing my text messages and contacts and he helped me with every step which was a little technical. Aiman Karim was amazing and provided excellent customer service and got my daughters Apple Watch up and running. After trying for several days on my own with no luck I reached out to customer service. We needed the watch today for her to wear on a trip and Aiman within 20 minutes had it working right before she walked out the door.
