Great savings, difficult onboarding
Ok so I had the HARDEST time getting my watches connected and was told conflicting information by the CS people. Two stars are knocked off for the difficulty in getting connected (literally spent hours on two watches) and in CS giving different info. The only two reasons I stayed with it were 1) the cost savings- I was determined and 2) Rahul Kumar. He was FINALLY someone competent and patient enough to tell me the “right” steps. He stayed with me until all toggles were green and had a great, friendly digital presence. I just may have thrown in the towel and gone elsewhere if not for Rahul!
