Syed Muhammad Ibtisam Zaidi was wonderful and helped me through my issue of why my phone was not sending text/data.

Working with Bisma on an account issue was super quick and helpful. It was resolved in under 5 minutes. No getting transferred to other lines/persons. US Mobile has the best customer service out of the three major carriers I've dealt with. I wish I ported my number sooner!

I have had to contact U.S. mobile twice, once before I signed up and once again afterwards. Both times they have been excellent! Abdur Rehman was fantastic to deal with. They were responsive and knew what I was asking and how to fix it. It only took a few minutes for the issue to be resolved. I deal with a lot of customer service interactions at work and U.S. mobile has been the best that I have worked with.

I made a stupid mistake and Usama Sadiq from their help center fixed it in no time. Courteous and fast assistance.

Working with Dishia Ijaz was such a great experience! We got my line switch up and running in minutes and the whole process was super simple and quick. Dishia walked me through the process and stayed to make sure the transfer went smoothly, even offering me potential solutions in case there was a hiccup. They were wonderful and I’m so thankful for Dishia’s help and kindness! Us Mobile’s customer service has always been nothing short of wonderful!

I spoke with Omer Khan about when I ordered my phone it said it was processing but when I ordered my wifes it said the order was complete. He explained why it didn't show complete, when it should process through. He also explained that we could combine our accounts but there wasn't really an advantage to do so.

I have never had such great customer service while dealing with a phone company. Monis was able to help me very quickly and confidently. Monis asked me what I was in need of and was able to help me get what I needed in a quick and friendly manner. Monis has excellent customer service skills as well is very professional

US Mobile Support is great! I made a mistake activating my phones and was stuck with neither working. I chatted with Nouman Jamil and both were up and running in about ten minutes. He quickly understood the problem, he took the steps to correct and guided me through the process. This is soooo much better than my previous carrier (one of the big three)!

Shahzaib Mushtaq was great! Handled my issue flawlessly! Really appreciated the thorough service!

Hassan Khalid on the chat was great. He fixed everything for me even though I kept causing complications. By the end all of my issues were completely resolved to my satisfaction and I had a pleasant chat in the meantime.
