Very unreliable service and support
Bottom Line: Poor service quality, broken promises, and terrible customer support. I maintain two lines with this provider. The first line has zero internet functionality despite a 2GB data plan - only calls and texts work. The second line experiences frequent connectivity issues even on their premium tier. To make it worse, I'm locked into a year-long contract where advertised features don't function. Basic internet access is unreliable, and hotspot performance is worse. Custimer Support: Chat support requires 30+ minutes with no resolution. Their troubleshooting suggestions are less effective than automated systems. Phone support scheduled a callback that never came after I disconnected for requested troubleshooting. Recomendation: Avoid this provider entirely. Pay more for a reliable competitor rather than wasting money on their premium plans. Unlimited data means nothing when service constantly fails.
