Trouble Free
My wife and I were recently stranded in Bali due to our flight being canceled because of volcanic ash. Upon our return home several days late, we forwarded our claim for the extra expenses incurred, to TID. TID replied to our claim within 48 hours and advised that claims are taking longer than usual due to the volume lodged because of the volcanic ash and that the claim would be assessed within a fortnight. Sure enough TID approved most of the items claimed within the fornight and as promissed the proceeds were deposited to our account within the specified time period. We certainly appreciated TID keeping us informed of the progress of our claim with us having to follow up and the timely payment of the claim. We would certainly recommend TID to our friends.
