Super easy, helpful and informative.

I love the Travel Insurance Direct app. Not only is it filled with helpful information about your destination, but i was updated straight away re: volcanic ash cloud in Bali and was assured that i was covered. This gave me real peace of mind. The claim process was relatively painless and was quick to be reviewed. I highly recommend TID.
