Positive claim experience
I have used TID a number of times over that past 7 years for both international and domestic travel. The whole process of purchasing a policy is very easy. Only once have I had to make a claim, this experience I was dreading!!, but it turned out to be very easy process. I believe what made the experience very easy was to ensure I had all the relevant documentation and my claim was completed within 10 days as quoted.
