Hassle free claim!
Travelled to Bali recently and opted to go with TID instead of the company the travel agent recommended because of their great rates. We ended up stuck in Bali due to an ash cloud closing the airport and were worried about our low cost insurance choice! We had no need to worry as TID was easy to contact, friendly, quick claims process and money back within a couple of weeks. They covered everything we were hoping for with no questions asked and no hassles. Would definitely recommend them!!
