Claim for medical expenses incurred while in Hong Kong recently.
On my return to Australia, I contacted TID who sent out a claim form. Once completed I returned this together with all the relevant paperwork. Medical receipts, flight details. My claim was acknowledged by return email and was settled within 2 weeks with funds deposited into my bank account. When travelling again I will certainly take out travel insurance with TID
