I have no hesitation in recommending Travel Insurance Direct as my preferred travel insurer. I have used TID several times previously without having to make a claim. On my last trip, which I had to cancel at the last minute, my claim was dealt with promptly and courteously by my claims officer and was settled in full in accordance with my policy.
