Disappointed
On my return from Bali I was extremly disappointed to find that I was unable to claim for additional costs related to my cancelled flights due to the volcanic ash disruptions. I am out of pocket almost $700 for flights and accommodation. This is the first time I have used TID but in future now I will be going back to One Cover as my friends I travelled with used them and they are covered for the additional costs in Bali.
