There was no map to pick my seats, only a list of row and section. I don't really know what I'm getting, and other ticket platforms provide a map that you can pick your seats.

Good and easy
Very very Good
Following being charged for the tickets, I did not receive a link or email or tickets to open. Following multiple calls over two days with customer service staff that included one to two hours of discussion, emails and holding, I was able to get the tickets an hour before we had to leave on the same day. I'm glad that we were able to attend the event but the customer service overall was very poor.

This was an easy app to use.
Terrible communication, nothing from them before event. Expensive service fee. Worst, they said tickets would transfer 2 days prior and I didn't get them until 9 hours before the event. I assumed I got scammed, and made other plans. Ended up giving them away for free. Horrible experience.
I work in corporate marketing as my day job at a Fortune 10. The event TickerSmarter asked me about was an event that was cancelled and “how it was”. Poor experience from TicketSmarter with their automated email journeys. Ticket reselling should be more regulated and illegal. Thanks!

Hey TicketSmarter, Purchased a ticket a night ago but got no confirmation email of any sort. Could I get a confirmation email sent over, i’ve got my order number on a screenshot. Wanted confirmation there first before buying my flight ticket.

You should mention the sides don't hear the music as well as the front. It's not just partial view but also distorted audio. Really disappointed.
