There was no map to pick my seats, only a list of row and section. I don't really know what I'm getting, and other ticket platforms provide a map that you can pick your seats.

The concert was awesome, Vince performed great, every song. Played over 20 songs I know. I lost count. Had a wonderful time. The ushers were so nice. We had several in our group who had trouble walking etc. usher were very helpful😉

I had to send an email so they would ship the ticket to me since I am living far from the show. Then I almost didnt receive them on time for the show because I had to flight there (I received the tickets 15 hours before my flight and i had to drive 7 hours to get to the airport). Finally, when I was asking them for a solution or a reprint or any sort of help they couldnt do anything. It is my first and last time using That service.
Ticket purchase was easy. Day before concert I was contacted about seat change, easy and great seat upgrade!!!
Willie Nelson, Nathaniel, Myron, Trampled by Turtles, all spectacular. I worked in radio broadcasting for many many years and have attended many concerts. I must say the addition of Bob Dylan, was most disappointing, he was not cordial to the audience, no hello, good evening goodbye, etc., wouldn’t allow his performance on the big screen, therefore impossible to see him or the band, waste of an hour of concert time and costing money he definitely didn’t earn, selffish self-absorbed performer, needs to retire from concerts.😔
I was charged an extra 669.56 for tickets. I contacted company. I am in receipt of 1 set of tickets, yet have 2 charges. I have receipts for all of this, including proof of only 1 set of tickets, yet 2 charges. 1 for 669.56, and the other for 662.60. Company claims there is no problem! AGAIN! I HAVE BUT INE SET IF TICKETS! EXPLAIN HOW YOU JUSTIFY KEEPING ALL $$, YET THERE IS INE SET OF TICKETS ...Your greedy corporation is ONLY focusing on jeeping my money, yet never addresses the ACTUAL LIGISTICS.
The culustomer service personnel are great. I had a problem with my ticket and they resolved immediately. Also ticketsmarter offers a reasonable price point for the events

Great venue on a lovely campus. Diana Krall was good but not great. Her voice seemed strained at time. Her piano playing was excellent. I attended a Diana Krall concert about 15 years ago and her singing was better then than now.

The George strait concert in buffalo was fabulous. His preliminary acts were on time and very good. The ticket process was very smooth. Only negative was being slow getting out of the parking lot after the concert, but that’s pretty true any concert
