TicketSmarter Reviews

I saw Kenny Chesney at the Sphere. I was seated right up there in the rafters and he looked as small as my fingernail. The price for sitting way up there, was not worth the value considering you could hardly see the man himself. If watching him on a screen was the purpose, try the comfort of your own TV. But the screens, and sound was amazing. Artists no longer need to worry about shipping around their set designs, but rather what image they can project on the inner and outer done.

Some may say the parking is somewhat difficult but they do the best they can and the venue is totally worth it! The views, the atmosphere, the sound system, the awesome stage and outdoor feel. We always enjoy ourselves! Make sure to get tix near the stairs by Area 3 if you want to dance the whole time, like me! Jason Bonham's Led Zeppelin Evening was magical!

Tickets were easy access on the phone weather was beautiful. Venue was beautiful and very well organized. We had an awesome evening. And of course the band The Warning was phenomenal.

People could enter the arena 90 minutes prior to the Aces WNBA game. This allowed me to walk around the arena to check out concessions and merchandise. I saw the players warm up. The atmosphere was electric! The Aces won with a buzzer beater! Awesome game in an awesome venue

100 percent scam company... got screwed for over 800 bucks for 2 tickets to see billy idol and joan jet ... no tickets and no money back

Totally and completely user-friendly experience!!!

What a great concert! The best I’ve seen in a long time. If you are a Zepp fan I highly recommend this show. Blew me away. The venue wasn’t bad either.

Quick and easy but I would confirmation order via email provided that mobile tickets will be provided by certain date. If mobile tickets not received by that certain date, please notice the designated email to determine delay.

Quick and easy.

The Mets game I was supposed to go to had the game time change due to rain. I was unable to attend the new time (1pm on a wed) because I have work. The Mets announced we would receive a voucher but ticketsmarter never got sent it to us. They denied a refund as well. Terrible app and will never use again.

You suck! Got to the event and you had cancelled my tickets and gotten the refund for them and never refunded my money to me. So at the door, no tickets and no money. Thanks for stealing from me.

Super easy.

ease of use.

I’ve sent you my sad tale and would like verification that it was received.

Good service rapide

Easy transaction. Although I'm old & prefer a paper ticket! Barry Manilow was fabulous. Wish I could see it again!

Great show. So glad I went. One of the best shows I’ve ever seen. Really lets the audience know he knows they are there. His first show at the Sphere.Place was packed. People in front of the stage all the way to the ceiling.

problems ordering on smart phone; had to use desktop

I received an email right away with a link to my football tickets. I added them to my phone digital wallet with no problem. There was no issue when they were scanned at the event. We had a great time at the game.

easy process. not 5 stars because ticket delivery is not immediate.
