There was no map to pick my seats, only a list of row and section. I don't really know what I'm getting, and other ticket platforms provide a map that you can pick your seats.
GOOD SERVICE
Easy to pick, retrieve and use our tickets! Found the tickets we wanted and within a minute had an email to download and place our tickets into our electronic wallet.
Every other sight kept canceling my order without my knowledge. Thank you for completing my purchase and giving me something to look forward to.
Took my money, then said the event was sold out and still hasn't responded to emails asking for them to cancel the transactions.
Bought our tickets months ago. They never sent the tickets. Then hours before the show we find out the tickets we bought are no longer available. They sold them for more!! Offered us a sub par replacement. Not worth it. Now we lose out on a concert we bought months ago. They notified us a few hrs before we to hit the road to go to the venue which is hours away. Never again. They are a sham & from what I have found online, this is common practice from what I read online. Buyer beware!!

I was a little worried when I didn't get the tickets right away, but those fears were put to rest pretty quickly. All and all a great experience and the show was fantastic!!!!

Still waiting for an email. Ticket transfer was not instant. I really hope this isn't a scam and I have to contest the transaction and miss out on the event.

First off your company is a scam. You screwed us when we bought our tickets from you for 5x face value. Will never make that mistake again. The show was great but the sound was not the best and I wonder if they even did a sound check at all.
First time user. The process was easy, the mobile app was a breeze to use, and the concert experience was fantastic. We didn’t have any negative issues at all!
The musicians were good, but they predominately played songs from my least favorite Led Zeppelin album, Physical Graffiti. The last few songs were better and were from earlier albums which I love, but they did not play the one song I really wanted to hear (Stairway to Heaven), but had been included in the advertisement as a song they would do, so I am a little disappointed.
I purchased tickets for Toto concert months ago. Got email confirmation and email showing receipt of payment. Got #. The concert was on a Monday so I went to my ticketmaster app to get the tickets on the friday befor. No luck. It showed no tickets. Tried everything that it tells you to do. Then I called support and they even couldn't find anything in my account. Then I started to email support. It went back and forth with them telling me what to do with questions and links throughout the weekend. Finally I got my tickets Sunday night with the last link they sent me. Very frustrating with this whole mess where is supposed to be easy as your company says. The sad thing is that it's the 2nd time this happened
